I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Smart Warehousing. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, they incorrectly billed us for FedEx charges, and despite numerous support tickets we submitted, they consistently avoided addressing our concerns. This blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. When we decided to hold back a small portion of the bill due to these unresolved issues, Smart Warehousing's response was to pause our account. This move essentially held our business hostage, even though we had paid all other invoices in full. Such punitive actions are not only unprofessional but also indicative of a company that does not value its customers. Furthermore, when we sought to resolve the errant FedEx billing charges, Smart Warehousing added insult to injury by stating they would have to charge us for pulling the past detailed invoice information. This is an absurd and exploitative practice that highlights their lack of customer-centricity. Moreover, they lost some of our goods and offered a meager 0.7% credit of the value of the lost items. This paltry compensation is an insult, adding financial injury to the frustration we were already experiencing. Attempts to resolve these issues with their customer support were futile. Their representatives would make promises to resolve our problems but would never follow through. This pattern of delay, avoidance, and obfuscation appeared to be a clear strategy to exhaust us into submission. In summary, avoid using Smart Warehousing at all costs. Their lack of integrity, poor customer service, and unprofessional practices will only lead to regret. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable 3PL partner.

Ummm got to say this my appointment is at 1pm. They told me that is a approximate time to get me into a dock but could be 2 hrs after to get me in. First off if your going to make an appointment stick to the time you say not 2 hrs after the fact. Load will be late due to late loading which I'll be more than happy to charge for.

Nice people. Arrived at 2pm loading appt, got a door 3:15, started loading me at 4:15, discovered 2 of 3 workers called out, done around 5pm. Paperwork said 41,250 lbs, scale said 45K, overweight at 80,560 with half-tanks. Came back and am now parked overnight at shipper awaiting reload. Next two planned loads shot and missed day of revenue. Who tf loads extra pallets?

I agree with Scott, office personel was pleasant and friendly. However, the warehouse seems to be dysfunctional, slow and not very schooled on loading trucks. Two hours to ship 14 pallets, 11,252 lbs double stacked in the nose of the trailer. There is overnight parking there though.

Terrible management. Have to slide tandems before you go in, park, then required to walk around aimlessly until you find a yard jockey and ask him where he wants your trailer to go park again LOL. What a joke.

I-35/Exit 207 go north and turn left on 191st street. Go past Waverly and T/R onto Kill Creek Rd. Go to the curve in the road and T/R into the driveway on the north side at the curve. Shipping office by door 30. Decent sized area for trucks, and no entry gate at this time. Tiffany was very polite, professional and helpful at the window. I arrived before I received my pickup information from the broker and it wasn't a major panic. Instead, she took my number and called me when they had the pickup information in shipping. What more could I ask for? It would be nice if my Rand McNally knew where either Kill Creek Rd. OR W 191st street was. Google Maps comes through in the clutch, again. Thanks, Google! Thanks, Tiffany!
