All staff super friendly. Plenty of room to maneuver. Easy instructions. Took me right on in 3 hours early.
closes at 5 but have free overnight parking. clean bathroom and loaded me about an hour earlier than my appointment
Don't forget your appointment confirmation number before you get the booth, the guy will not let you in without it. Checked in 09:00 Door given immediately Started unloading 09:45 Finished 10:20 Go to shipping/receiving office after back your trailer up to the dock and give them the paperwork, go back and wait for the green light. Then go inside for your paperwork A lot of room to manuever, friendly staff and a gravel lot next to this facilities; you can just wait or stay overnight...really quiet place
Overnight parking my load was cancelled but I see enough space to maneuver. Check In at the main gate . Pictures since the overnight parking,gravel place next to the gate. Nice staff
Great people, lots of space to park and really fast unloading got in at 8:15 and got out at 8:50

Make sure you get to the office after you got to the dock, overall very good experience and easy in and out.
Thank God I got here night before and parked in dirt lot. Do not expect to be loaded anytime before your appt time. I wouldn't even come til half hour to fifteen minutes before..had to sit two hours then they called for me to back on dock. Appt 10a I'm still not being loaded and it's 11 a. Hope I don't come back anytime soon. They eat your clock away.
Despite having swept out my trailer, they made me go get a wash out because there was some minor debris. After paying $93 for a wash out, I went back and was told they were done loading for the day, but if I was there at 7:30 in the morning, they'd load me then. But at 7:30 the next morning, I was told they weren't rescheduling the load or loading my truck..
Guard shack is friendly they close at 5pm not open 24 hours Overnight parking in the dropyard it’s a dirt lot right beside the warehouse Be sure to get your trailer washed out appointment was at 11am got backed up to dock trailer got rejected due to little metal shavings in the wood they were plastic so had to get a washout which was busy. The address is on a piece of paper in the shipping/receiving office. Came back to warehouse after getting washed out and got a dock after checking back in to guard shack and got loaded around 5:30 pm I did get a service failure from my company but it’s food grade guys so if you are unsure just get a washout. I swept before I came and it wasn’t good enough so just get. Washout.
