Bring your snacks because you’re going to be here a long time. Just joking. Smile driver. I was in and out. Loves across the street. Fast loading
Delivered here. Didn't take long to complete process, like an hour or so. No overnight parking here, kinda tight turns in some parts of facility. Becareful going across railroad if you are assigned a dock in that area. Not busy many different dock areas in different buildings. Was maybe 2 other trucks here when I arrived. When they completed the off loading process, aprox 20 min later, I was making a sandwich before getting on the road and awaiting info on next load. when I was rudely told to get off the dock and get out the way. Now mind you, no other trucks was in this area of the establishment, it was about 7-8 workers standing around talking with loud music before I arrived, and after they were done with me. I just said ok and pulled up. When I was leaving out about 20 mins later, no other truck came in or was wanting to dock where I was, and everyone was still standing round having a good time together. Lol, crazy, just wondering why the negative attitude though. ? Thanks anyways yall and God bless.
Easy check in, fast unload. Office opens at 7am. Guys were ready to get started at the dock I was assigned when I got to it.
Turn into the driveway immediately from the stop light. Sharp turn. Finding the right building took a few minutes but once I checked in the loader had me loaded quickly under 30 minutes. The challenge was backing into the open dock. Had to maneuver around employees from other buildings and their vehicles. It's doable. I picked up cooking oil. I was actually in and out very quick.
Very nice people, quick unload, if you have a semi you have to back in, very close and tight !
Great staff very fast loading.
You enter this facility from Frisco St only. Easy check-in and fast unloading. You have to sign a waiver if you’re delivering to the back docks towards the scale because you have to cross this skinny one-way train track to access the back docks. This waiver holds the company non-liable if you’re injured, killed, or hit by a train on their property. The railroad tracks do not have crossing arms and the waiver says the trains are NOT required to blow their horn. Because someone was hit by a train on their property, they protect themselves with this waiver. When you exit the back dock area and exit towards the train tracks, make sure you position your semi so you can see both ends of the train tracks. Do not let a train sneak up on you. Turn off your music and let your windows down so you can hear as well.
