Kevin Fox is simple outstanding. He always takes the time to understand your delivery needs and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. Kevin’s friendly and approachable nature, combined with his deep commitment to getting every detail right, makes the entire process stress-free. It feels like working with a friend who’s got your back, and that kind of service is hard to find. If you need someone reliable and dedicated, Kevin is the person you can trust to get the job done right every time.
They are always consistent and positive even when inconvenient events are happening or have happened. I have never had a hard time or negative experiences with the company or with there drivers. Out of all the drivers i have spoken too and have had the pleasure of meeting, Harvey exceeds any and all expectations that have risen. Consistent, professional, outgoing, Hard working, communicative, and more. If i could leave/give SDX’s reviews or feedback on there individual drivers, Harvey stands tall and at the top of that list where its deserved. I only knew about SDX because I met Kevin Fox, and what am ambassador he is! Then I unexpected needed courier services, had them do it, and an incredible employee, Jeff, handled a very complicated situation with unexpected commitment and professionalism. When it has to get there today, SDX will be my only call!
Our company uses SDX multiple days a week. When rush delivers come up Kevin and Tim always try to find us trucks on a short notice. Our regular driver Ramon Guzman is amazing and our customers love him. We’ve worked with many delivery companies in the area over the years and by far SDX has been the best!
