Got to the location five hours before appt and they put me right into a door. Appt is required but they will get you in if you’re courteous and respectful! Docks are easy to get into, don’t mind coming here even being in downtown Baltimore.
This may not seem like much, but I did appreciate the positive attitude of the guy on the phone. He’s got a nice voice. And the staging area for the trucks is nice ?? Terminal Corporation ??

First time here to pick up with a flatbed. They were very informative on the directions around the facility. Quick loading time, and the workers are very nice and polite.
