1. EMS W&D: Thank you for Receiving load with no hassle. You guys rock! from Nova Carriers. 2. OTR/State/Local: EMS Receiving Dock’s are in the back of warehouse. EMS SHIPPING/RECEIVING SIGN and 210 above dock doors can’t miss it. Park first then checkin.
1. If you don't want drivers to step over the threshold into your office put a sign on the door. 2. Maybe put an intercom at the window. 3. How about just put a sign on the exterior door saying to call and check in over the phone? Its a lot better than the panicked reaction you gave when i entered the office. Aside from that, got right in a door to load.
