We are a logistics company with over 10 years of experience that was turned into a medical courier service during the COVID-19 pandemic by two college roommates. The founders aimed to create a place that will efficiently manage each step of the transportation process, eliminating inefficiencies and outdated methods used by specialty pharmacies. Thus, NEW ENGLAND LOGISTICS was born, with the mission of modernizing the last-mile delivery process for pharmacies, with a strong focus on customer service and technology.

Waited home yesterday as they gave me a four hour delivery window. 20 minutes before the end of the window, notified that delivery would have to be rescheduled as they did not have my item on the truck. Today given a 2 hour delivery window. Showed up 1 1/2 hours late. Had to remind them to put a mask on and that it was a white glove delivery (they just wanted to dump the box and leave without unpacking and inspection.) Will no longer deal with any company that uses this delivery service.
The white glove service here is phenomenal. They were on time and super nice and never complained once while following my instruction on where to place my new couch. 10/10
