The team at On Track Cross Docking saved our day; we had a load rejected and sent our driver to On Track Cross Docking to fix the load. They immediately got to work and driver was back on the road again in under 45 minutes. If you have a load shift, need a restack etc in the Detroit Michigan area these guys should be your go to solution. They also offer short term cross docking, storage etc. we will definitely partner with them for any of our needs in Michigan.
5star for the team of On Track Cross Dock. Was delivering a load of sports drink at Pepsi in Detroit at 5am in the morning. The pallets were very poorly wrapped. Two pallets were entirely on the floor and couple of others were shifted. Googled the cross dock and called On Track Team. They are available 24 hours and fixed the load in about 20-25 minutes. They’re very professional and quick. I would refer you all On Track for all your cross docking needs. Thumbs up for Team Cross dock !!
My load got shifted while pressing the brakes, they were able to get my load fixed right away. The lumper fee was better priced than others.
