Arrived at 13:45 for 14:00 appointment. Gave me a door right away. Paperwork ready at 14:18. They loaded me in about 30 minutes. Easy backing. Good business

Showed up 2 hours before my appointment. And put in to a dock within five minutes. Nice people! Awesome place!

Staff are great, told me I would be there a while, did not make excuses or sugar coat it. Were upfront with it. When I scaled and discovered it was over on the drives, they advised to come right back so they could fix it, which they did quickly without hassle.

First thing, I was a day early and they we're super busy. The two ladies in shipping and receiving were very professional and nice. I checked in at 0730 hoping for the best. They informed me that I can wait and they would try to there best to work me in . I waited patiently and by the end of the day I was unloaded after the customer gave them the information they needed to receive the product. I knew they had a full work load and I really appreciate the hard work everybody did to get the other trucks loaded and received and made time to unload mine. Great job.thank you to the crew at Minnesota freezer.

Very friendly people, real quick to load/unload, plenty of space to back into dock, enough space for overnight parking.
