Good People, great service. Family owned/operated and thier attention to detail is optimum. Easy to work with, not pushy and very engaging. Warehousing is seamless, easy and priced very nice. Trucking is efficient, safe and the drivers are the best!

READ READ READ if i could give no stars i would worst place ever to work with. they surprise you with so many unexpected fees its almost as if they make them up. they quoted me and a month later said that the quote they did not include what they originally said. so they charged me more money. they are very rude and dont help to understand the situation. DO NOT TRUST THEM they try and charge you more money because no one wants to work with them. We payed them close to $7000 dollars to rent 3 trailers for 3 MONTHS only.

We used MTL for a delivery service. We were told we would get our item the same day and did not. Had to call and figure out where our item was. Came a day late. Was still charged full price. Paid our invoice, against my better judgement, then 5 months later, they send another invoice stating we didn't pay. I had to go back in my records to see if I paid, then I had to pull up the cancelled check to show them we paid it. Instead of apologizing, LIZ tried to blame me for not using bill pay correctly, when our business name and account number was clearly on the check. Instead of trying to make it right, she accuses me of being rude so she couldn't give me great customer service. My reply was: If I would have gotten extremely great service, we wouldn't be in this mess. We will not be using this company nor recommending it to anyone. Feel free to use this company if you want poor and rude service.

The company does not take responsibility for damage they cause. They fail to follow up and never call you back. I would think twice about using a company like this. I have been requesting payment for damage since March that they caused and even filled out an incident report for. Guess it's time to file a lawsuit. Mark

Truck 895 today in New Prague proceeded to intentionally swerve across the oncoming traffic lane, which I was driving in. He then proceeded to stop diagonally blocking traffic so he could back into a parking lot. Had I not slammed on my brakes I would have hit the drivers side of the truck. The driver then proceeded to laugh that I nearly hit him. Unsafe driving practices and this employee should be held accountable.

One of the worst receiver. So bad so mean. We showed up with a load to deliver they refused to take it then we had to redeliver next day luck me I got to charge them for doing that.

I've been using MTL's services for about a year now and I have to say that I will never use another company for my businesses needs. Anything I need shipped, MTL gets it to me faster and cheaper than any competitor I've seen. With continued great service, I would highly recommend using MTL for any of your transportation needs.
