Had an incident with one of the drivers for this company on a highway where he almost caused an accident in the left most lane. When I tried to call their main office, the person that answered was extremely rude. He went on to insist I was tailgating and that's why the driver hit his breaks in the fast lane, when I asked to speak to a supervisor he refused and told me that I should call 911 if there is a problem and hung up on me.
Street fleet is a great place. They have some of the best employees ever. DANTE and WALTER I believe his name is are very helpful. Respectful and courteous ??. Great place
We had a refrigerator delivered by Street Fleet from a purchase through Home Depot. The refrigerator was delivered with a large dent/gash on the side, and we were told by the delivery crew that the manufacturer would be calling us for compensation from the damaged appliance. We never received a call, so I reached out to the manufacturer and Home Depot, both of which replied that they were not notified of any damage. When I called Street Fleet, I spoke with a very rude manager who told me that I must be lying, because their crew is trained on what to do if an appliance is delivered damaged. I did not have a photo of the damage from the day of delivery because the delivery crew had taken pictures of the damage, even though these were apparently never given to Street Fleet. I could not believe how the manager handled the situation, and I would avoid this company to deliver any future appliances at all costs.
Had a medical delivery today, the first attempt the driver tried to deliver someone else’s medication to me. He wanted me to take the delivery because although it had a different name and city on the package, my last name initial matched the first name initial on the package. He made me open it to prove it wasn’t mine - a major HIPAA violation since the medication label had the intended recipients full name, address, medication type, doctor, etc. He didn’t seem concerned that the intended recipient wasn’t getting their medications and annoyed that I was refusing the delivery (he asked me why I was refusing the delivery). The information on the outside of the package matched what was on the inside so this was a delivery error. I hope my information was not given to someone else, since my package and the package he attempted to get me to take were both listed as delivered according to the health care provider. I hope you educate your drivers on the importance of correctly delivering medical supplies and medications. I shouldn’t have had to open the package to prove it wasn’t me, in doing so, HIPAA privacy was seriously compromised.
Street Fleet has always done a great job of delivering our packages on time. I appreciate their communication if there is ever an issue.
Barbara Arne is a great delivery driver for our company. She is always so friendly and kind. She is also very prompt and doesn't take up too much of my time. Just enough to be caring and friendly and never overstays with chatter. Very impressed with her service. Thanks Barbara
Khoa and Glen are the most professional and courteous delivery technicians I have ever encountered! So, I ordered a very heavy and awkward medical massage chair. In the past when delivery techs would foresee a difficult move, they would start complaining to themselves or would go on about why people order big furniture. Khoa and Glen did not do that. They quickly assessed the situation, determined the best course of action and made it happen!!! They moved and assembled my Medical Massage Chair without incident. Once they were complete, they explained how to operate many of the control features. If I had to describe them in three words or less, it would be "The Dynamic Duo"! They are truly an asset to your team.
