i was having a hard time getting my tandems to slide today here in rapid city at the j when the driver of the red and black t-680 pulled in next to me. he was checking his straps when i asked for a hand. he was more than willing to help. when i pulled the button to release my pins only one side would release. your driver got under my trailer and showed me where the cotter pin was missing. he pulled a nail from the pallet on his trailer and we tamped it into where the cotter key would be and got tandems slid and in the right whole. i didnt see a truck number but i wanted to reach out and say thank you to Tralo and their driver. we need more drivers out here that aren’t afraid to help somebody in need. he was helpful, polite, and spoke very highly of you guys. thank you for employing respectable drivers, not just steering wheel holders!!!

Driver cut me off on highway and caused my windshield to be shattered. Company does not.retuen phone calls

I can’t speak for other drivers experience but what I can say is so far for the almost year I’ve been with Tralo I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. People will always have something to say but all I can say as a driver here is come find out for yourself.

This S.O.B. threatened me with a concealed .45 and tried to break the seal off my loaded trailer because my own truck went into an automatic parked regen.

Very disgusted with this place. One of their truck drivers pointed a gun at me and my friend and damaged my vehicle and when I said I just want them to make it right with insurance and fix the damages nothing more. He told me I couldn’t prove it. What posses someone to point a gun at two young girls and damage someones vehicle??? License plate - 2310stx

Driver on Hiawatha Pioneer Trl and 52 South this morning cut me off in the round about. Maybe he should think before he hurts someone. White guy, light brown hair.

1:19p Central Time. March 20, 2020. I 35 mm 225 Oklahoma... Should tell your driver not to text while he's driving... The wind is 28mph however regardless of that he should know better.... He's not a professional he's only a steering wheel holder... Shame on him and shame on y'all for hiring irresponsible drivers!!
