I'm giving this place to stars because I had three different warehouses recommend me this place to go and use the cross dock. I also saw them on Google and their name is Mississippi cold and dry storage and warehousing. When I got there there was nobody in the office but there was some guys working in the warehouse and when I told them that I need to store 18 pallets of yogurt for a few hours he told me they don't do that. I said that you are a cold and dry storage warehouse and what do you do. He said that they store pallets and I said why can I store mine he said because you have to do it for a long time I said okay I will pay for a long time but I only need it for a hours and he said no even though I was willing to pay. This doesn't make any sense to me.
Got there, and the forklift driver had me back up to the side of the road in the middle of traffic and had others cut infront of me and park where originally I had parked and was waiting..was one of the last trucks to be unloaded after more then 5hrs of waiting..only 1 dock in use ...
Terrible place to loaded! I was waiting more then 6 hours to loading, they don’t care driver time. Don’t recommend this place toke away from this place. still waiting for BOL
If you come ,...come early and not at 7am!!!! 1st come 1st serve and there will be atleast 10-12 trucks already waiting when you get here!!! No Overnight Parking!!!.....
Watch out for the old white lady in receiving. She is very sarcastic and lazy. Some people should not have access to deal with public. Gives the company a very bad image. Everyone else was very professional and polite.
Brought in rolls of paper,first come first serve. Go to the last docks to check in with fork lift operator. Slide n chalk wheels. I was unloaded pretty quick. Gotta pull your own mats out and then move off the dock to sweep or blow your trailer out. No over night parking. Signs everywhere. Fork lift feller was friendly.
Hi driver the people work here is amazing but the manager Very rude Hate drivers You create problems out of nothing ???????⛪️?
