Lots of parking, good area to rest for the night. Not a lot of yard for my dog but it was needed. Didn't remember to take pictures of the inside of the building but I don't think it was that bad inside. Customers are kind and nice. Came here to get my truck fixed and they did it within a good time so I come go home for my hometime.

Our drivers represent our companies. Talk to them about not urinating at fuel pumps, especially when you're at the pump closet to the door. There are cameras everywhere, not to mention chancing exposing himself to a child. Nov 28th @ 1:15pm Max Meadows, VA

Inward facing cameras, safety clerks that have never been a truck driver but making decisions that affect the drivers. Issued me a truck that wS covered in pet hair (shop didn't even attempt to clean it), no parking available, no showers, no laundry. Drive for anyone else. Stay away. They are NOT the best as advertised. Lol, not even close.

I’m a new driver and I was “terminated” from this company for a false positive hair follicle test for methamphetamines. (My hair was tested less than 2 weeks later and was negative.) I was never compensated for the orientation and I was told that they wouldn’t be able to hire me. How is that my DAC has me “terminated” from a company that was unable to hire me. I went to another company that also did hair test. I passed that test but now I am not able to find work because of this faulty hair test. I called to see why i was listed as an employee and terminated but I never received a clear answer or call back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THESE PEOPLE! They will ruin your driving career before it even gets started!

Not good company for experienced drivers pay 1300 a week despite how many miles you do and taxes will take $300 of that so you'll get $1,000 a week actual pay. I am a driver currently right now and my DM tried to make me take a load without him sending it to my tablet. He lied and said the systems are down which wasn't true the system doesn't work like that. I told him I will still do the stop but I asked to switch DMs and he said okay he told me this guy West was going to call me shortly with a new plan and he lied about that I've been sitting for 4 days with no contact to anyone no one will answer the phone I'm just sitting here at a TA truck stop. This is a horrible company don't come here. And by the way they're also owned by Swift and you know how they do.

Do, i was there for in processing to join the ranks of cdl drivers. It turns out that this company brings you in prior to checking all your driver history?...??? (who in their sane mind would make an investment in airfare, hotel, meals, $$, Uber's, ground transportation from hotel and back, ect, ect, ect?) So i completed the most demanding, exhaustive training, doctors reviews, HAIR FOLLICLE drugs test, physical... I mean for a moment i thought i was going back into serving my country(alias "the service") Once done with the entire chalupa like my Mexican friend would say whike sitring in my hotel room i get a diserheartening phone call informing me that I've REJECTED as a candidate due to negative information my previous employee(Arctic Express Inc, OH,... apparently ive.been BLACK BALL ?by them) niw... Shouldn't TOTAL dealt with that prior to make run all that BS process? (you be the judge) ...by the wsy its AGAINST their policies(TOTAL) To TOUCH your phone or GPS while driving and Gid forbid you stop park by the shoulder, ect to do so... OH NO.. you MUST stoo at a rest area or truck stop to do such things. Who in the hell can drive 11 hrs just looking at tbe road straight? How much music can you stand in a day? Whart else is there to stimulate yoyr brain and stay awake? ? Their TURN OVER RATE(TOTAL trucking) is around 70%... Its a revolving door... ? Be Advised.
