Staffs very friendly. Loaders are very quick to load. Dock is a little complicated with that incline. Docked and out in 30 minutes. Ladies in the office are very sweet. BE SURE YOUR TRAILER IS CLEAN. NO NAILS OR TRASH They will inspect. Other than the docking ( which I'm not taking stars off) EXCELLENT SERVICE.

They are strict on their appointments now. Only get here 15 minutes early. In the past it was no problem getting here and they unload you right away well that's not the case anymore.

Had to wait from 9am until noon to hear that my trailer is no good for them. Very slow walking people.

It’s the worst place I have ever too. As a private own company you would think they are passionate about what they do. I had to wait from 7:00 -1:30pm just because they said my appointment was at 1:30pm . I watched no trucks going the dock. They would rather have their employees sit and do nothing when there are trucks waiting to be unloaded. They blamed JB hunt for not giving me the appointment. It better early than late you would think. I wish I had an option for zero stars.

I had appointment at 1:30PM, checked in 10AM, loaded by 10:20AM. Great service!

Fast loading and unloading, but people don't know how to use check. So, if you are in hurry, forget, they need to bring check to truck stop and take cash instead of calling for authorization code and let you go. But on the way to the truck stop he need to stop and say hi to everyone in the town, which will take more than 30min and truck stop is 12miles distance

Only reason i would not give this place 5 stars is because of the older Lady at the Desk that checks in delivery’s is very unprofessional! I’ve been to this place twice and felt like i was discriminated against and was talked to very unprofessional by the lady checking me in both times. Now as far as unloading the guys are super quick and friendly but the older lady at the desk needs to be handled.
