Simply amazing. I usually don’t write reviews, but this warehouse is ran so extremely efficient and organized I just had to write one. Checked in at 11:45 and was empty by 12:00. James did a phenomenal job!!! He even hung up my straps!!! If all warehouses were ran like this were we can get in and out it would be a blessing! Great Job Crossroads! Please remember to follow the rules. F.Y.I Truck parking is right by the big yellow sign across for the main office check in where you CHECK IN!
FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, FIRM & PROFESSIONAL ON REGULATIONS! QUICK & EASY IN & OUT. I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY LOAD EARLY WHICH IS SUCH A BONUS TO MY SAFETY ON THE ROAD, WITH A LOT LESS PRESSURE OF A TIGH DELIVERY SCHEDULE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR FUTURE SERVICE. & MY LOADER, WAS GENTLE AS CAN BE ON MY TRAILER ?????
Contrary to any bad reviews I really appreciated delivering to Crossroads Warehouse today. This business sets the standard for how all SHPR&RCVR warehouses should operate. Follow the very few rules here and you will run into 0 issues. I was in and out of here within 1 hour which is fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. I would hope CFI books more loads here in the future! ? P.S. - The new paved lot looks GREAT!!
Arrived 930AM for 10AM appointment. Had Paperwork in hand by 1030AM. Fast loading with simple rules. Friendly workers in the office and at the dock. Great experience, thank you.

Very nice place to get loaded! Had me in a door 25 minutes earlier than my 3pm appointment and was loaded by 3:15. Super nice folks here, be courteous and they'll get ya in and out.
Great experience!!! From start to finish! It’s pretty simple , be able read/speak/write English , be polite and respectful! Follow customer instructions/rules while on property. This should make it easy for anywhere you go in America. I got there early , got loaded before my appointment time. Ole Jonez got me loaded quick and seemed like a pleasant fella! I’ll be glad to drop back by here. From all the reviews I was a little worried but as with most places with terrible reviews…..it’s from people that have little to non of the capabilities or traits I mentioned earlier. To many brainless meat suits behind the wheel that have no idea about trucking nor have any pride and class doing the job. All I saw in the reviews was a bunch of whiny little cry baby’s.
Never come back, the staff here are very rude and brutal. Particularly unfriendly to people of color. Dirty yard. Very much dust. Unreasonable demands are very bad. Worst company I've encountered in my 15 years of trucking. They feel like they are kings. You know, truck drivers deliver goods to you. Truck drivers are the god of wealth, not kneeling at your company.
Great place to load. Get loaded quickly and the loads scale and ride well. Very friendly people, everyone here is friendly and helpful. Great help in the office from Shannon and Donnie and everyone on the dock help you get in and out including Roy and everyone else.
