The delivery was on time. The driver called me ahead of time to let me know that he was near. The driver did a great job helping us unload the pallets. He was fully prepared and saved us a lot of trouble. Zipp Express is lucky to have such an excellent employee. Thank you, Donnie.

My first call to Zipp was on a Sunday after 5:00 pm to arrange for a very early morning pickup on Monday. Rick stepped up right away and helped me get the job delivered on time. Courteous, prompt, and efficient. What more could you want from an express delivery service? Thank you.

Very dishonest service. 2 deliveries scheduled - one person called us and explained that the driver didn't want to drive down our driveway in country. Another dispatcher called and lied that truck broke down. They got caught in there lies and now we have to wait to get our deliveries. If they would have called at the beginning, we could have met them at end of driveway to get our items. Do NOT like being LIED to. HORRIBLE customer service.

Asked delivery guy if I can inspect the packages and he went crazy. Said I am refusing delivery and started putting them back on truck. He called 911 when I tried to reason with him. He said I trying to steal my own packages. After 30 mins of calls with home office guy finally let me have packages with a cop supervising. Office was apologetic. Sucks my kids had to see that. Didn't know a delivery could be that horrible.

I had a stove delivered and I kept in contact with Mary K throughout the process she was amazing. The driver Danny was awesome and courteous.
