The list of great things this facility does goes on and on. By far the best cross dock facility I have ever used hands down. James the facility manager went above and beyond to help make a complex situation easy. They refueled a damaged reefer trailer, towed the trailer to their facility, checked on product, allowed it to stay overnight, the list goes on. If you ever need any logistics work done James is your guy!
Looked like a great operation, the owner him self was working on the fork lift, the guy I dealt with was extremely shifty, first quoted $150 usd to move 14 pallets, then quoted $210 for the full truck off load and reload, removed double stacked skids as singles and charged different rate for 5 foot skids took more then 3 hrs, I missed my drop, in the end asked for $310 as we are running on stolen diesel or running drugs. It is so hard to earn every dollar but these folks think they can get away with any thing as they are not accountable to any one, we have the power of internet and we can put out our experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they give an accurate quote and stick to it. In the three hrs that I was there 5 different drivers came in and all had to wait a long time before anything was done, they were juggling all of us at the same time.
I have seen many companies and their pallets pull in and out of this business is Warehouse with efficiency, live, daily tracking on time deliveries with great prices.! Highly recommended.!!!
These guys asked me 150 dollars to move one skid from back to front.Took me an hour to do it on my own I basically made 150 for an hour while they were trying to make 150 for a minute ?
Cool place! Guys here are really professionals, they do their job fast and are qualified. And especially James. He also gave us a good discount. I recommend Giltner Logistics - Crossdock Warehouse!!!!
EXCELENT SERVICE!!!! From the moment we called, to the finishing the service! We needed a pallet rework, and they did a great a fast service with reasonable prices! Highly recommend them if you need a cross dock service!
