We paid for white glove delivery through Wayfair for two dressers. We confirmed with Wayfair this included any room (even 2nd floor), and that the boxes/packaging was to be removed as well. ShipRight showed up for the delivery, and one of the workers immediately started making inappropriate complaints about not wanting to bring the dressers upstairs, and made several rude and uncomfortable comments about my husband and I, and our home. The entire appointment was just unprofessional. They didn’t remove the packaging, and I heard one of them say they “didn’t want to.” We wanted to be done with the appointment so we didn’t ask to finish that aspect of the service we paid for, and spent hours of our own time breaking down the boxes they were paid to break down but couldn’t be bothered. If you have any control over your logistics company, I’d recommend you choose someone else.
They had an automated message saying that my furniture was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday between 11 and 3. I immediately contacted them to let them know I can't do Tuesday and would prefer Friday or Monday (they don't deliver on weekends). Website still said Tuesday, so contacted them again online, no change. So I took off Tuesday, and they didn't show. I called and they no longer have it scheduled for any delivery nor can they tell me when they will contact me about scheduling it. They're putting in another "request" for my preferred days and might let me know on Friday when they might be able to schedule it, the day I requested to have it delivered instead. Horrible customer service
No notification that the delivery had arrived, driver waited less than 2 minutes on a different street, they did not knock on the door or ring the bell, then determined they weren't going to deliver. Completely disrupted our day and didn't even deliver at the time we were told they would. Now we have to reschedule and take additional time off work.

last friday this company was suppose to delivery my sofa from wayfair. no sofa arrived. when i made some calls that day shiprigjt clsins they could not find my address. aren't they a delivery company? the claim they called multiple times. not true. it's been 4 days since my delivery did not happen and not one person from this poorly run company has reached out
I had a large drafting table delivered yesterday. The guys, DJ and Cameron (I may be getting the names wrong, apologies to them), were friendly, quick, and efficient. They communicated well leading up to the delivery which was very helpful. They took all of the packing materials away with them when they left. They even successfully backed their large box truck up our very long, partially dirt driveway which can be no easy task. Thanks for the great service!
It is one of the worst jobs to work for, i worked there for a year as a driver and they treated me like garage. They also fired me for no reason i did everything with no complaints. you get treated like garbage. I had a baby coming and they said you get 2 days off and if you take more than that your fired. It is a sweatshop, no matter what you do, you will never exceed. You will never go further. The supervisor there James( the man who wears sweat pant all the time) Treats you like garbage and if you are 5 minutes early, you are on time and if you are on time, you're late. And you will have no time to spend with your family..
I received an email stating my delivery was shipping, it was a commercial reach in freezer, I contacted people to set up times when they would be able to come pick Up the old freezers we were giving away. The delivery day was scheduled for October 24. I received a text yesterday, October 14 at 1:00 pm,, stating my delivery would be arriving in appx 17 minutes, my son was home for the holiday, thank god, he helped me get our garage squared away for the delivery, took us about 15 minutes. We waited and waited, no one arrived, no one called or texted, I have 4 dogs, the minute a vehicle pulls into our driveway, they go nuts barking, nothing from them. I called ship right at 5:00 pm, the woman who answered said her name was Cheryl, I told her I received a text message at 1:00 stating our delivery was going to be here within the next 17 minutes, she asked for my number, I gave it, she said they were there, nobody was home, I said I’ve been here all day, so has my son, she said they called you and there was no answer, I checked my call logs, I said nobody has called this number all day, if your driver said he called me, he’s lying. She said there’s no need to accuse my drivers of lying ma’am, I said what would you call it? Because nobody called me. She described my house and I said you mean to tell me a delivery truck pulled into my driveway and didn’t come to the door?!?! She said it’s the drivers prerogative as to whether or not they come to the door. Then my spouse got on the phone, asked to speak to a manager, Cheryl stated managers don’t talk to customers. My wife said, I will be calling back and I will speak to someone higher up than you, Cheryl hung up on her!!! We are still battling with this company to get a new delivery date, at this moment in time, no one has contacted us. Sincerely, this company “SUCKS”!!!!!!!! Sue OBrien
