Founded by trucking magnate Jerry Mecca in the mid 1900s, Florence Warehouse was eventually relocated to the site of its current home. Until his departure in 2001, Jerry was a fixture and known throughout the county not for his keen foresight, vision and business intellect but for his kindness and compassion to all. Once known as the poorest boy in Jersey City, the Holland Tunnel would one day come to shut down, if for only moments, in his honor. The family owned business has kept the flame of Jerry alive, operating through generations but under the traditions and values upon which it was founded: Hard work, dedication and a commitment to customer service.

The dispachers inside are nice but this place is over booked with loads and trucks, very tight and difficult to back in on a door. No parking. They couldnt load me so I had to come back next day. Cops will come and kick you out if you are on the street
The worst place i have been so far !!!! No parking , they don’t allowed me to use their restroom they keep telling me go on 2 floor restroom and the guy there told me its employees only u should go and use the third floor one ... i went there that rude lady told me im not allowed to use this one neither... And the guy with her told me that i can “ always use the street “ What an idiots! U come here to get their load and they won’t allowed u use the restroom ?! u guys are f joke ... i don’t know who allowed u to open these place but you are not even a C from Company ! Don’t waste your time and get loads from here !!!!
One of the best place to pick up/delivery. Fast load, nice staff, looking forward to work with this place. No problem getting in to the door, enough space around.
Very bad place, no room for your truck at all and getting out of here is very difficult. never take a load from here you will waste time.
When I get inside their compound, felt like trapped. No room for back up to dock and no parking lot.One office staff behaved very rude.
Yard dog is great. Drivers beware you can easily get trapped accessing this place.
