Our name has a few meanings. One is our focus, on the last mile, the narrow roads found in cities, towns and neighborhoods, more so than the wide open highways. Our name is also a biblical reference to making quality choices. To choose the Narrow Road means you are choosing the best path which leads to the best results. We believe that ethics and morals matter at all contact points with our company. We want to be known for honesty and integrity with our employees, vendors and our clients. We are not perfect and we will make mistakes from time to time, but how we handle those will set us apart from our competition. There will always be many wrong ways, but now there is also the right way....The Narrow Road way.

These guys delivered a mattress and bed frame to me and when the king sized mattress wouldn’t fit up the stairs in my 1893 home, they didn’t give up! We used ratchet straps to fold the mattress over until it fit. Going to sleep great thanks to this company. Professional and friendly service. Thanks guys!
This place is a joke take advantage of their drivers. So if drivers are in bad mood blame supervisors over worked under paid so if they are rude it's supervisor fault. Over work them then think they could keep last check was a few accidents but was insured but I'm sure if Irs and childsupport can't hold full check they can't either. So drivers get it in writing if you start here
So far my experience with this company has not been good. The driver called in the middle of the day on a Thursday and left a message saying they were a 1/2hr out. There was no prior contact. I called back and spoke with Ray and told him my wife and I are at work so we rescheduled for Monday. Today is Monday and my family cleared an area for our product and 2pm rolls around and still no delivery. I called and apparently I was never put on the schedule so we rescheduled for Friday. Fingers crossed they actually put me on the delivery schedule this time. EDIT^^ I did receive my product and added an extra star because the delivery showed up intact, to my door, with no damage, and I did get a phone call prior. However, I called multiple times during the week to confirm that I was on the schedule and the delivery would take place. I did this because of my not being put on the schedule the week prior so I'm giving myself credit for my diligence because it took an extra week to get my delivery because of their oversight.
They broke and damaged personal property dropping an item off terrible service! Was suppose to receive a phone call to rectify the situation and it's now almost been a week! I think a lawyer is in order!
Ian is a miracle worker he got my shipment up to me the next day! So amazed and overjoyed with their services!! Definitely use these guys! Super reliable and speedy, kind!!
Adam delivered my IKEA order yesterday and did a wonderful job. He was professional, polite, and very quickly unloaded everything off of the truck and into my home. Highly recommend!
