Great staff, so helpful and will go out of their way to help. They loading guys are amazing, friendly and on the spot with their work. The only complaint is that they have very little customer parking in front of the office, and the employees take up all the spaces. That leaves 2 handicap spaces, so customers have to park with either the big rigs or risk getting hit in the bay area. They should fix that.

One of the nicest and cleanest cold storages. Clean restrooms. Quick in and out. They open at 8.00h. Night parking is not available. I was parked at Pilot T/S at exit 139. T/A truck stop available at same exit. Don't forget to comment and give a like for review ?

Got here at 1050, it's 1223 now and still not loaded. They haven't even put 1 pallet on yet. Only getting 4 pallets. Wouldn't be so bad but i've been the only truck here this whole time. No way I'm making my appt on time today in Albuquerque. Update: customer added 12 more pallets to the load. The delay is not all the shippers fault. Still been here over 3 hours though.

2nd time here in 2 days from Albuquerque so far so good, quick in quick out... they still haven’t corrected the parking situation but is manageable, can always park near the far corner of the lot to be out of the way.

Very nice friendly but holy bucket is it tight to the place the last couple turns boy were they tight it was not made for semis

Worst experience ever. People are very rude especially the manager Christian.... Bad attitude!!!!
