They treated me with Respect and Kindness! They were very patient with me! They were suppose to go on lunch but they waited to take care of me first! Love them!

Crappy company tells me because had the fridge 6months my problem. Well that's a lie because I called the state and the empower program they said I have a warranty on that for a yr and that yes they are responsible for a replacement if it's damage. Ain't no way we did it we ain't tall enough to reach to do that to a freezer door neither is my handicap son who is mentally handicapped and my lawyer is involved and I'm sueing not only for loss food my dietary needs i just lost, but for my son who has hydrocephalus, epilepsy, skeletal dysplasia dwarfism, severe mental delay, mental 7months to 3-4-5yrs old who is 15 yrs old no more than 3ft tall probably and to ruin his birthday cake because it melted. What is wrong with this company. To take from my son who doesn't care and to accuse people of something we didn't do and we had no idea until our food spoiled we didn't think anything of it because most of the time we are at Dr appts for our son. So just know I'm getting pain and suffering damages too for my son. I should post his pic here so you can see a what he looks like so you can see the pain I love through! Sad company! So I can't wait for this field day because Im out a ton of money and my husband works I take care of my son who is disabled. Because he's permanently this way from a. Genetic disorder! And that's a lawsuit because main reason why I got this help was mainly because of him and my husband was out of work on comp so at that time two disabled people wow ! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered appliances through Home Depot and everything went smoothly on that end. The appliances were delivered early and the delivery folks, who were great and very friendly, dropped the appliances in my garage (kitchen was not ready for appliances) and said they would come back when it was ready and install. Kitchen is now ready and after over 3 hours on the phone I was told that coming back and installing is not policy and I was misinformed. Cool. *SUMMARY*: If you have a choice, I highly recommend you look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

After receiving message about the delivery time, I called (as suggested!) and wanted to change the time frame. The "manager" I spoke with kept repeating "we can't guarantee" and was unable to help me. What kind of company can't guarantee anything? Am I the only one working from 8-5? This is a second time I came across such inconvenience and unwillingness to work with the customer with this company. Horrible customer care. I would rather shop at Lowes, at least they are more flexible and understanding. P.S. DO NOT leave me a message "if this time is not convenient". There was NO convenient time available. You DO NOT wish to work with your customers. You prefer reviews that are convenient for you. Those excuses you are coming up with after each negative feedback are pathetic.

Absolutely do not deserve 1 star. They deserve 0 stars. When we asked them to leave the old gas stove on the porch, they told us “You’re not the one who has to carry it”. What job do you think you’re being paid to do again?? Asinine. They then proceeded to throw it off their truck, back up into the old stove WITH THEIR TRUCK and then continued to drive off, honking, laughing and shouting profanities. This is what reflects the brand. These employees.

I recently purchased a new gas range at Home Depot. When it was delivered I was told it could not be installed because we had a 1 inch gas pipe and they did not have the fillings to thread over the pipe and we need to hire a plumber to finish the install. When Ryan Plumbing arrived he proceeded to tell me I have a 3/4 inch pipe and the deliverymen should have been able to install it. The plumber cost me $160 which I am not very happy about. However, I do have to compliment the two young men who were very kind and gave me a lot of details on what I needed to do (which I didn't).

If there was a 0 stars I would pick that. The worst customer service in NY state. Save your time and nerves and work with someone else. P.S. I will leave more negative reviews. I just got started. Earn your mistakes, be a CUSTOMER service, train your staff instead of coming up with excuses.
