Update 8/6: package delivered day after supposed delivery. Called the company they said it hadn't been delivered but that the company we originally ordered from marked as delivered when it hadn't yet. Was indeed delivered next day to our apartment door which we appreciated. Communication with big box stores needs to improve but otherwise, delivery was fine. Just received a notification this morning that our package was delivered. Went out immediately and no package was delivered, no photo of delivery, no doorbell rang...nothing
Our messenger service of choice. Use them almost daily, multiple times. Very few issues, reasonable costs and an easy to use on-line scheduling system which makes scheduling super easy. Thanks Need It Now !!!
This place is the worst...been waiting foe 2 weeks...company I ordered from said they must have lost my stuff...had to reship. Tracking number I got was same as someone else's that got delivered in feb....it's july.
Very poor customer service. Will call to reschedule deliveries of furniture at the last minute and then tell you they have no availability because they are delivering to others, despite the issue being their fault and despite you having scheduled before others. Customer service rep Chas and manager Shelly were of absolutely no help and didn't mind being no help to customers. They need to be trained on how to deal with issues and don't seem to mind inconveniencing customers.
This is what delivery of a package looks like from the Neiman Marcus website. "Signature required" was noted. I wasn't at home. the package was thrown near the building's front door. Never again dealing with NM .
IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR COURIER SERVICES. PLEASE USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE. I promise you not only will it be cheaper, you will be treated better and more importantly, they will do the job you are paying for.
