These idiots don't understand when a sign says "10 TON WEIGHT LIMIT"
Great delivery! Had a big pallet delivered, and Kim was always most helpful over the phone. The delivery man went the "extra mile" to help me out, the road was not that easily navigated but he was clearly an experienced driver and a really kind gent! The 4-hour delivery window was reliable.
People were very nice and friendly ? and loaded me very quickly and that says a lot about the company. I wish more companies would be like them,,
Just had a large piece of furniture delivered, Kenny from Shaker was friendly and very helpful. He waited until I opened the packaging to make sure that there was no damage to the unit during shipping/delivery.
Travis at Shaker Logistics saved the day!! Shaker Logistics filled in for EFW, who canceled on me yesterday. Travis's truck was broke down - but he had a Ryder rental! He usually does corporate deliveries - but he acquiesced to a residential! As he was doing a corporate delivery nearby. Because of the last minute pick up, he didnt have paperwork - but he called Emily at Shaker who texted papers to me immediately! Thanks to Emily too! Travis's rental didnt have a hand cart, but Travis got all 6 parcels into his truck. I thanked him profusely for taking my return merchandise. He declined a proffered tip!! I told him it was HOT and he needed to buy himself a cold drink! Thank you so much to Shaker Logistics ! And to Ella at EFW for choosing Shaker Logistics Deborah
They had me risking my license to get a load delivered for them promise To overpay they did not overpay they said they don’t do over pays after the load is delivered they had me risking my license and everything they stole my money and they had me risking my career Shaker Logistics don’t care about the Drivers they just know how to promise a pay and trick you to risk your carrier and dump you like leftovers i think you lessons learn Shaker Logistics
