Jerry, Astrid, and Jessica were professional and when I needed to make changes it was a quick phone call. They provide you with professional drivers that keep in touch with you so you know the status of your delivery. Thank you Ronald for great delivery service both times!

Our company had a very positive experience with Cardinal Delivery. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica, Astrid, Jerry and Juan. We utilized Cardinal Delivery services when we were trying to retrieve a pallet from a company in Houston. The pick-up was last second and they happily agreed to the pick-up. When the driver (Juan) arrived at the pick-up location they were not prepared to have the pallet picked up. Juan then patiently waited as they prepared the pallet. From previous experience, most drivers are not as patient as Juan. We really appreciate Juan's patience and communication. We then had to adjust from delivering the pallet to storing the pallet at Cardinal's facility overnight. Jerry, Astrid and Jessica made this process extremely easy for us. Overall we really enjoyed our experience with Cardinal Delivery. We will be utilizing them more in the future.

Our company used Cardinal when we were in a pinch this week to get freight picked up at a terminal in Houston. We had not done business with them but they acknowledged the urgency of this matter for us and got it done! Their team is awesome!

I am so glad I found this company! The team is so quick to respond and always finds solutions to my inquiries. Deliveries are made quickly and are always on time. I have been working with Jerry (dispatcher) for several years now. And he has always been the epitome of communication and customer service. Prices are great for local houston area for all kinds of shipments. Especially over length, up to 35 ft, which my business does a lot of. Most companies will want to run on a flat bed, Cardinal will do it on a pipe rack for half the price almost guaranteed, with faster and better service. If you are in business and move anything in the local houston area regularly, it will be hard to beat cardinals customer service, prices, and communication. Ask for Jerry or Danny they will both take great care of you. I have been in shipping and logistics for almost 10 years now, and I will always highly recommend cardinal. The level of service they have given me over the years is truly unmatched. Give them a shot. You won't regret it.

Arrived @0935 for 1000 appointment. I was given a door before I could check in. They also have a Driver's lounge,so if you can ,take advantage of this for your 30.
