9/5/2024 I had 8am appointment(?). As other comments state, actual availability is around 8:30am. Only 2 other trucks were there, when I pulled in. Loaded, & leaving by 10:10am. Also, PORT-A-POTTY is AVAILABLE!!! Perhaps this facility has gone through some growing pains. It's not nearly as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe.
Is it too expensive, at least a fabric tent? Truck drivers don't deserve a better place for check-in? This place is inhuman... are you in the 1st ???
They said they'd open at 8 a.m., but it's still closed after 15 to 20 minutes, walking around without any comment about late open and lolling over their breakfast. Finally, it takes an hour to check in the end.
This place is a disaster. Tip, if line kindly bypass the line to ask for a form to fill out for Pick up. Bring lunch and empty bladder...
You need 3 hours for check in
Very organized procedure. Wait on the street until the trailer that has your freight is brought in. That results in not having too many trucks trying to back into docks. Quick loading as soon as you back in.
Nice Staff and Quickly Get loaded. Thanks Marcos!!!
I don't usually leave to many reviews complaining about where I pick up but this place is bad. If you come here be sure to park on the street and come check in. You will need a CH Robinson load# starts with 38 or 39 and is 9 numbers long if not a pickup number wich is the Mexico trailer number or a PO#. So have that and then they give you a number to put on your window and you get to sit and wait all day for them to get you in a dock to load you. So be sure to have hours to burn or just do your 10hr break here on the side of the street cause it will take about that long. On top of that I sat all day to get loaded and then they loaded the trailer wrong had to come back in the morning and I'm still waiting for them to fix it. It's crazy here.
Not bad. The other reviews are correct, you have to park along the street and walk to the shipping/receiving office. I did not need a 9-digit number for the hazmat load I picked up. I only had an 8 digit number and the MX trailer number and it worked. I was done in about 2 hours.
