Terrible. The cash advance is $25, which you say how you will spend. If a breakdown after 3 your in trouble. Everyone leaves at 5. No dispatch or help after that. I say 3 because they are lazy at end of shift. Was stuck I. Memphis for a whole weekend behind their mess. Was on West Coast trip going down hills with truck cutting off. Went to hospital afterwards and had to beg to get my stuff out of truck which they said at 1st truck was in shop, then someone one gone in truck. My stuff when I finally got notice 2 months after I can pick up was spray painted and half was missing. They don't respect drivers but want to have can facing camera on at all times

Disgusting drivers dumping urine all over the country. They don’t show their DOT # on their trucks for a reason. Nasty People.

My Husband works for this company and he loves it here, the dispatchers are friendly and always willing to help. They give you a family feel and are flexible on home time. The owner is super nice. I think with them as long as you have a good attitude and work hard they will do anything to make you feel comfortable and happy with your job. I would recommend them to anybody. If anybody is writing bad reviews they probably either give this company a hard time or they don’t like to run like they should. Love these guys!

If I had knew that they won’t give you a check stub to show your deductions from your check I wouldn’t have came here! Very much pocketing your money without you seeing it plus this is a slip seat company… ragged up yard there equipment will get you wrote up with dot and if you got to put your truck in the shop please look at the ground…. Someone puts like 100 or more thick silver sharp nails right in the path way for your truck to run into the nails and destroy your tires!! Very evil company! You have been warned and during the wanna be so called orientation they sit there smacking and chewing on food not caring if you are taking a test or not … I needed to use the restroom and my god talk about nasty!! They dont really pay you per mile, they cover it with a flat rate. And you might get paid three times in one month. If you turn your paperwork in promptly. Do not do local runs...

Been at 41 cents a mile since 2017. Promising raises yet only getting 1 penny per year...2020 I had to part ways. No reason to being paid less than a swift driver after all these years. I felt as if I wasn't respected and they weekly checks was showing it. Most checks averaged 900 on a 1099. To me 700 bucks after tax to drive 3,000 miles a week home away from family and my bedroom wasn't worth it. I found another company local home daily paying 1,500 salary W2. My brother went to a company driving for some Russian guys in Chicago making 75 cents a mile and hes bringing in over 2,000 dollars a week and he just got his cdl. The industry pays about 60 cents on average in 2021
