About Us

Our company first began offering courier services in 1984. As Pronto Courier Service, we began with just two drivers, but completed seven deliveries the very first day. From there we steadily grew to carry freight, envelopes, and skids weighing up to 2,000 pounds. Soon, we had a fleet of vehicles including vans, trucks, automobiles and bobtails.

May be okay if you just want an order put in a garage, outside, or on a loading dock. Horrible if you need anything delivered inside a house. They will not deliver upstairs, they will only deliver in one room, no matter how many items are delivered, and are not customer friendly. Nebraska Furniture used them to deliber 41 boxes of hardwood to our house, to acclimate the hardwood prior to install two days later, so the boxes need to be cross stacked or individually stacked, for aeration, per acclimation guidelines. They refused to take the boxes upstairs where we had one big room for them to put the boxes, so we offered them space in the three rooms next to the front door. No, they said, all the boxes have to be in one room, only one room, so they can take a picture of the delivery. Why not 3 pictures we asked? They called their dispatcher and stood outside for 34 minutes, doing nothing. I said they could have delivered in that time. I called their office three times - the last time they said they would talk to the drivers and call me back. They never called me back. The drivers took the hardwood back to Nebraska, but no one bothered to ring our doorbell or call us to tell us. No wonder employers complain about finding good employees, and that the company has other negative reviews. Horrible delivery and definitely do not recommend based on work ethics, attitude, and the company's awful treatment of customers. If you're a business please keep Pronto away from your customers.

What a great experience it was working with Pronto to deliver my tile. I stressed for months about how I was going to get it to my home until the warehouse suggested Pronto. I called and the friendly receptionist got me set up for the perfect day and time, so I thought. Unfortunately, the day of my delivery, I had to be away from my home. But when I got the call from my driver, it was no problem at all. He said he could call when he arrived and I opened the garage door remotely (I have the MyQ app). I did that and he placed it exactly where I described. He even sent me a picture when he let me know he was done and I could close the garage. Here is a picture captured from my security cameras. I watched him take great care of my tile. To top it off, it cost a lot less than I expected for 2 pallets of tile weighing in at 3900 lbs. I highly recommend Pronto Delivery!

I've been doing business with Pronto, through my employment for several years. Every week like clockwork, Wednesday morning deliveries of a full truckload, more than a 100 different sku's, are delivered to our customer. Our usual driver, Rodney, is by far the best driver driver for any company we've ever done business with. No driver is more detailed, concise and looking out for us. He calls with any issue, talks to receiving communicating our responses to work through any matter of concern, always takes notes, pictures and documents any damages or discrepancies. On more than one occasion, he has helped us to receive funds owed to us, with a heads-up and/or detail on deliver right out of memory, on incorrect count claims, shortages and more. He's been our driver for many of these years. He operates as if he is our extension in the field, looking out for our interests. A great asset to our business. Steve in dispatch, is no exception,. He always makes sure we are on the schedule, even times when we had a new employee with the responsibility and they'd forgotten to setup the delivery, he had us penciled in! He knew we'd need the truck. When your freight delivery service knows your business as well as you do, wow! That's service and that's a winning team, you stick with. We've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Pronto. We have short notice, huge shipments about twice a month, and every Pronto employee we have come across, whether in person or on the phone, has been fantastic. They are fast, courteous, and on time. We even had a serious accident in the office when a driver was picking up a load, and he stayed by her side while I ran out for ice packs, and contacted emergency services to make sure she was okay. Everyone we've met from this company has just really gone above and beyond.

Its a nice facility and thats were the good stop. You will use a ton of gas and put high miles on your vehicle for “CHEAP PAYING FREIGHT” . Or better yet, go work there for a month and see for yourself…

I am a warehouse manager for a supply company servicing North Texas and have been using Pronto for approximately 2 years. In that 2 years my Account Rep Christine as well as all the customer service reps and dispatch employees have been top notch. I use them 10-12 times a week and their drivers are always on time and professional. Even when I have to make a follow-up call to gather information on a delivery for a customer they are always quick to get me what I need. Thank you Pronto.

Responsive. Reliable . Responsible. Pronto is the yard stick by which I measure the customer service quality of every other professional vendor I work with in my industry. For the past six years, I have counted on Pronto Delivery Service because they are the only team I have encountered who understands urgency, accuracy, and the highest level of customer service. One of the greatest things in the world is to have a service resource that recognizes their performance as a direct reflection on me, on my company, and my standards. They treat their clients as business partners, not just customers. The vast majority of my profession is making other people’s jobs easier. That can often translate into breaking down a “crisis” and finding a fast, efficient solution which typically involves SOME sort of movement. When I need to move materials – equipment, documents, standard products or specialized materials – I know I’m covered with Pronto in my corner. It doesn’t matter if it’s my usual local courier requests or a haul to or from out of state; they have options for me and they always deliver, pun fully intended. Another unique aspect of working with Pronto is the amazing collection of people who make up the customer service teams and their supervisors. I have always gotten an incredible amount of courtesy, communication, and sincere appreciation from every individual representative I have encountered. Whatever screening or training process they use is phenomenal! When others have asked me about cost, I always remind them that you do get what you pay for, and “cheap” is rarely associated with quality. In my experience, “cost-competitive” means you’ll pay in corrections and relationships. Pronto is not what I recognize as “low-dollar”, but they are fair and they have been a large part of my own business wins. I absolutely endorse Pronto Delivery Service for anytime you want your deliveries done right!
