I have been here a few times they have a great staff I have only delivered but it’s always quick and friendly. They have restrooms for drivers. One way in and out makes it easy. The dock area is not set up for 53’ trucks and trailers but do able if your patient.
Got here a half hour before appointment, went inside, got a door right away, docks aren't too bad just gotta wait sometimes because after loading trucks have to pull out of the door so the shipper can put the seal on and they have to stop in front of the docks. The girl who puts the seal on is quick though so no need to get all frustrated... They loaded me very quickly and I was out in about 45 mins. Thank you for respecting drivers woods distribution! We appreciate it!
I mean it is what it is, a distribution center. Very strict on there details and the lady in recieving seemed a little sarcastic and had a not so outgoing attitude..but hey that's a distribution center. We the ones that deliver are nobody's. (Sarcasm) Be safe out there truckers..and get here on time if not it's $400...oh and even though you have a confirmed appointment you still have to call in 24 hrs prior to remind them, all incoming and outgoing shipments....check trailor for damages the forklift operator gives it all it gots.
Appointments only, gate opens at 6 am, docks 7:30 am, restroom available, tight place for parking, overnight parking: 2 at the gate and 6 or 7 trucks at PAINT HORSE DR NORTH, my truck was empty in 90 min. So not too bad.
I ignore a lot of bad reviews and don't make any. But, this place has taken... "Screw the Driver" to an entire new low. How incompetent can you be to get the entire progress and the facility so wrong. I could gather all of NASA for 20 years, and not come up with one single item to make worse. If this is the only load in Texas... just say No and deadhead to Albuquerque.
If you can avoid this DC do so I came here follow my appointment was 3 PM when I check in my appointment they told me they are behind the schedule so you have to go back on the street. They will give you a call when they call you they give you a door you’ve been waiting to get loaded five hours,
My appointment was at one p.m. got there at 10:50 a m. Got a door right away load by 11:45 a.m. great staff if could I wou give 10 stars great doing business with you. Lady's
I would give 0 stars if possible. Checked in at 8:30 for a 10:00 am appt and it’s 2:00pm and still here waiting for a dock. Stay away from this place. Have zero respect for drivers. They make you go and park outside facility, where there’s a bunch of no parking signs all o we the place. It’s absurd.
They are very rood I come one hour late the charge me $80 for late and I was waiting 3 hours they loaded it wrong and give me another door I said you waste my time who pay for me they start fighting please don’t come here it’s also too tight
Very bad place if you wanna pick up or delivery ? is not good either I am talking about drivers be careful to go this place they will keep ever dnt read positive reviews
