To enter the program, you must have:

• At least 3 months of OTR in the past year or
• Be a recent graduate from one of our approved schools
• A valid Class A CDL
• A stable work history and good references
• No reckless convictions/ No DWI,DUI in the past 8 years
• No more than three moving violations in the last 3 years, no more than 5 in 5 years
• No more than 2 preventable collisions in the last 3 years

Applies to graduates of an approved school, within the last (90) days, and no experience with another motor carrier. Payments are made through payroll and are taxable.

• Entry-Level pay starting at $0.24 cents per mile
• Average first year salary of $58,000
• OTR training for the first ninety (90) days with a certified trainer

Qualifications

• 21 Years of Age
• Must Possess Current CDL-A License
• Good Driving Record for 3 Years
• Verifiable Work History for 3 Years
• Pass DOT Physical Examination, Drug Screen, and Hair Follicle testing
• No alcohol related convictions within the past 5 years.
