I don’t have a fixed percentage, but I try to save at least $500 a month for retirement.

I put 10% of my paychecks into a 401k and another 5% into a Roth IRA. I also have a pension plan from my company that matches 50% of my contributions up to 6% of my salary. I think it’s important to diversify your retirement savings and take advantage of any employer benefits.

Right now I’m at 4% with a 3% company match.

7% to get the full company match but it isnt vested until 3yrs so who knows where ill be but its still a good weekly savings account

75%. 10% in 401K, max out my own IRAs and the rest goes in a cash brokerage account.
