Loading a dry van without a tractor.

How much weight can you load in a dry van with no tractor under it? I don’t want one of my trailers to end up as a meme ….

Barney

I would check the trailer’s landing gear rating and make sure it can support the weight of the load. I would also check the trailer’s gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and make sure it doesn’t exceed the maximum allowed weight.
Magnus
Magnus
02.21.2023
I would avoid loading a dry van with no tractor under it unless absolutely necessary. I would rather wait for a tractor to hook up to the trailer before loading it. Loading a trailer without a tractor can be risky and damage the trailer’s landing gear or suspension

The best ELD tablet is the one that doesn’t crash on you when you need it the most. I use a Samsung tablet with 4G LTE and it works great. It’s durable, fast and has a long battery life.
