I'm in NY and there's a guy that delivers construction shanties/intermodal boxes off a drop deck sort of trailer that runs an old repowered Mack cabover every day. Great for getting in tight lots and construction sites!

Almost every day here, they use several old ones to shuttle waste from the dump/collection site to the landfill. But they sure ain't pretty ones like that one.
