If your Keeptruckin ELD is not working, you should first check the connection between the device and the vehicle gateway.

Notify your carrier within 24 hours of the malfunction. You should also keep a paper log or use another backup method to record your hours of service until the ELD is fixed

KeepTruckin is a phenomenal elog. It's pretty easy to figure out. You can probably answer most of the questions you have with their list of videos

+ Contact Keep Truckin support at 855-434-3564 or support@keeptruckin.com I use keep truckin, there customer service is awesome. Never had a problem getting some one on the phone and fixing a problem.
