Did Knight buy all the small trucking companies that Swift owned when it acquired Swift, or did it only buy Swift?

They also bought all the Swift drivers, all the Swift trucks, all the Swift trailers, and all the Swift accidents. They basically bought a giant pile of crap and put a Knight sticker on it.
