What do you think is a reasonable amount of money per mile (CPM) for a company driver with three years of over-the-road (OTR) and local experience?

With your experience, 50-60 CPM sounds about right.

you oughta be pulling in at least 55 CPM. Don’t settle for peanuts when you’re hauling the big loads!

With three years under your belt, I’d say you should be looking at around 50-60 CPM

Ask for 85 or 90. Don't start too low

I work for a company that pays around 60 cents per mile for experienced drivers. It’s a good rate but the work can be tough sometimes.

+ I’ve been driving for three years and I make around 50 cents per mile. It’s not great but it’s better than what some other companies offer.

I’ve heard of some companies paying up to 70 cents per mile for experienced drivers but I haven’t been able to find any that pay that much in my area.

75 CPM... I'd find another job if I couldn't find at least that

I’ve been driving for five years and I make around 55 cents per mile. It’s not bad but I’m always looking for ways to make more money.

I'd be gunning for at least 63
