I have tried several dispatch services in the past and they all turned out to be a waste of money and time. They either booked me cheap loads that barely covered my expenses, or they booked me loads that were too far or too heavy for my truck. They also had no clue about the routes, traffic, weather, or regulations. They would often leave me hanging on the phone or ignore my messages when I needed help or had a problem. And don’t get me started on the paperwork. They would either mess it up or forget to send it to me or the broker.
The bottom line is, dispatch services for truckers are a scam. They are not worth the hassle and the headache. You are better off finding your own loads or working with a reputable broker who has your best interest at heart.
