drive for Ruan?

I need help guys. I’m scheduled for an interview with them soon and I’ve seen mixed opinions online about working for them. Can anyone share their thoughts or experience with that company?

Don’t do it, man. Ruan is a terrible company. They treat you like crap, pay you peanuts, and work you to death.

I've heard from other drivers that they will lie to you about everything. The pay is low, the equipment is old, and the dispatchers are rude. They will made you work long hours and never got you home on time. I would avoid them at all costs.

I think they are okay. They have some good accounts and some bad ones. It depends on where you live and what you are looking for. The pay is decent, but not great. The equipment is new, but they have speed limiters. The dispatchers are helpful, but sometimes they mess up. It’s not perfect, but it’s not terrible either

+ I drove for Ruan for 10 years and I loved it. They treated me like a person and not just a number. They had great pay, benefits, and equipment. No touch freight and mostly preloaded trailers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good company.
