My employer is somewhat flexible and tries to accommodate my needs. The process is easy, I just have to let them know when I need to be home and they assign me a route that works for me

+ My hometime is good, I get to be home every other week with the HOMEtime PLUS 7/7 fleet. My employer is flexible and lets me choose when I want to start my 7 days of driving. The process is simple, I just have to communicate with my fleet manager and plan ahead
