Easy. Most states dont harass us over east as badly as the more westward states do. Im actually surprised it was Iowa that stopped him. Theyre usually pretty cool. Over my career, ive noticed I can easily do an OTR run with minor trailer issues and be just fine, most states leave us alone, its only a few that have A**HOLE overly aggressive DOTs. (cali, washington, idaho, etc)
