I am a driver here at this company and been going here several times and whenever I am there, Its been a pleasure to meet the people there and listen to your needs! The lady at the front desk is superb, so helpful and respectful. Not to sound cliche, if you want a company to treat you fairly and respectful look no further.

I've been with AAA for a year now. This is the first and only company I've been with and I must say hands down this company has been EVERYTHING I've needed as a driver. My Dispatch team (Mike, Mina and Maria) are the best. Mike make sure ALL my needs are met THE FIRST TIME. Whatever I ask him to do he gets it done in a timely manner. I'm my honest opinion I'll classify Mike as a friend more than a Dispatcher. MIlo from maintenance has EACH and EVERY time fixed whatever issues the truck has had. When I call the maintenance team always make every issue I have is fixed in a timely manner. They money is always good. If by chance the money isn't right the accounting lady (don't remember her name) always fix it and explain whatever it is she's doing. I will encourage any driver who's looking for a good company to join AAA FREIGHT INC (ASK FOR FLEET 20 AS YOU DISPATCH TEAM). I can't speak for anyone else but me and my wife (who is a driver as well. We team drive) have only had good things while being with this company. The equipment is kept up and maintained good. I don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon. I'm good with the relationship I have here (they know me by name and not just a driver). I give this company 10 out of ten

If you find this review helpful please tell them I referred you and I will split the $500 bonus with you! My truck number is 800098. Thank you. If you are looking for a good walk away lease opportunity, this is the place to succeed. If you can’t run 10,000 miles a month, then this is not the company for you. Reasonable prices for lease to own, if you know how to negotiate and you can prove you consistently ran 2,500 miles or more with your current employer. Consistently booking high paying freight. High quality dispatchers. Modern facilities (but small) for drivers to use at the terminal in south holland. Very few places to park there though. 24 hour 800 number call center for help. List goes on… They care about their drivers and it shows. Communication between departments needs improvement. If you get a speeding ticket the penalty is $1,500 and if you get put out of service due to your own negligence of the truck, there is a fine for that as well. Trucks governed at 69 pedal 71 cruise. They take very good care of their trucks to lease. Do not rent a truck more than a month with this company or you will not make it. I only recommend lease to own with them. 80% of load to the driver and they also put 10 cents a mile go into an escrow account for maintenance/tolls/taxes/etc. for you to use. Hands down best company to work for 2024. Update: Accounting department is top notch. They will work with you so if you still have escrow or other deductions coming out of your paycheck, and you need a bigger paycheck for a particular week, they are willing to move out or wait to withdraw it for that week so your paycheck will be bigger. Then the following week they will deduct it. They strive to make sure you have the funds you need, when you need them. Very friendly/helpful accounting department. Update July 2024 New contract 88% of load to drivers 12% to aaa freight

Read about the good and bad reviews so I gambled and rolled the dice... Logbook team does a wonderful job so I have no complaints there . Dispatcher (Mike) doesn't listen ,not one bit.. I been in this game since 98 so call it stubborn or not but I'm stuck in my ways- you work for me.. I know what lanes pay and which ones don't. Been there for about 1 month(4wks) and the truck made around $30,000 After all deductions I walked away with about $4,000 in 4 months. Only one time I actually cleared about$ 2400 in one week the only reason I was there even that long was to see if the following week check would be bigger but I was wrong so I had to split

YOUR DRIVER IN 287181 HAS HIS VOLUME UP TO WHERE I WAS WOKEN UP. I can hear everything clearly in my truck and can't get back to sleep. No courtesy at all. Nice people you have representing your company. If he keeps his volume up this high while driving too I wonder how he hears emergency vehicles. Thanks

I really like this carrier. We don't do business daily but when we do they really do well for us. We love the communication and drivers are always on time. In addition, their equipment is real, it looks great, MC number truck and trailer numbers match and there are no issues with claims etc. We will keep using them.

First of I was referred to the company by one of their drivers while with a different company. When I say responsive as soon as our conversation ended I looked them up. As a driver and LO, you have to do your do diligence in terms of research. That same day had HR call me and just to say they have received my information. From then on I was in contact with Tom my recruiter, stayed in contact since January to this day. They are all about professionalism you want to be treated with respect as a driver or a business owner it goes both ways. Now I will my experience when I got there was a bit rocky truck problems. By in my experience most companies if you don’t get to choose the truck you want, you get what you get. Responsive: In a week I was in a different truck and on my way making money. They all work like well oiled machine from Recruitment to Management to Dispatch and safety and equipment management. Mr. Boyan is by far the most professional equipment director I’ve come across. If he gives you his word, he makes sure whatever problem you have is taken care of in a timely manner. They understand time is money. You want to make good money your dispatcher, you have not ten of them one that works with you finding you the best loads. Believe me when I say they will you the best loads nearest you drop and keep you moving. Communication with your dispatch is key. Once you are rolling you roll no contact calling to find out where you are at. But be punctual and communicate delays. All in all AAA Freight Inc is outdoing themselves and that’s what you want from a company that knows their drivers and contractors are the glue in this business. Looking forward to doing business with them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY DRIVER TO EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY, FROM THE FIRST DAY THEY WILL ROB YOU!! I WPULD GIVE -0 IF I THAT WAS AN OPTION, I SEE MANY FAKE REVIEWS HERE Read our experience How can I start, my husband started working here and at the 3rd week realized this job doesn’t pay as they promised. 1st pay was about $300, 2nd week he decided to leave company and move on, he advised his supervisor and they gave him routes so he can make it back to their terminal and bring back their truck. They did not pay him the 2nd week based on inspection of truck. They were very sneaky on the pay or even paying him that 2nd week. He brought back truck in 3rd, payroll personal was gone Friday so he ended up taking 19 hour train back home. Which he had to get money loaned to pay ticket since they placed a hold on pay, Monday he calls got his pay ( the 2 weeks combined on deliveries were about $9k, so they sent his paystub late Monday deducting, tolls,2 tires, detailing of truck( which he cleaned up) and other things they decided to add and deduct out of his last pay leaving it at about $240. This is a very sneaky unprofessional and abusive company to drivers. Even on their job description, see below a copy paste on their job description which is a total lie… I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY DRIVER TO EVEN TRY THIS COMPANY, FROM THE FIRST DAY THEY WILL ROB YOU, Location Illinois Benefits Pulled from the full job description Lease purchase program Passenger ride along program Pet rider program Referral program Full job description AAA Freight is looking for CDL A drivers who are tired of company positions and want to maximize their earning potential with Rent and Lease options. Ive been with AAA Freight for a year now and I have no complaints. My dispatcher Mike Kent is the best hands down. Works well you, communicates with you & the whole 9! Had an issue with my truck and Milo from maintenance went over and beyond to assist me and get me back rolling quickly. He even checked on me after hours once he was off the clock. I have to say I’m very impressed!!!

THE COMPANY: To start everyone here was very pleasant and very honest. Me and Jennifer have been absolutely blessed with how wonderful everyone here is. Everyone here is in a position to help you be as successful as possible with the system they have developed. (Which is better than most I’ve seen 9.5/10). AAA will keep you busy and help you make yourself some money, good money if you work hard. If you need more structure then this lease option is not for you. This is a more advanced setup designed for those who want to work. The equipment they have is top notch. You can get Volvo 860, Pete 579, T680, Cascadia. All in excellent shape. They take photos of when you receive the truck and trailer you are issued. You are an independent contractor, if the equipment is damaged you are responsible just as you would be for your personal car. You rent/own the equipment, this company will work with you. If something happens it happens, everything is case by case but what I have seen is if you have the right attitude and are honest they can work with you. They know you have bills and responsibilities at home so they will offer to spread your payments out over time. Something everyone can agree on. They however don’t want your lies, your attitude and your bad vibes. These folks are super upbeat, very positive people running a very legitimate business designed for experienced contractors or people who can communicate and learn. Sobi, Marco/Marco/Marco, CJ, Eddy, Sonya, Maggi, Nicola and others have all been the absolute best. THE PAY: We are currently just renting and have been for 3 months. We are on the 80% of the gross payout of the load. They send the rate con directly from the broker to us in email for each load. We average about 11000 gross a week as a team on 4000-4500 miles. After everything clears and the dust settles we average 4000-5000 a week. Which after taxes put aside 1500+ per person on this mileage is just astonishing. We work hard but are not overwhelmed with work trying to chase paper. THE EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE They have all newer equipment available, if what you want is not immediately available I’m sure you can make arrangements to get upgrades later on. We have a 2023 Volvo VNL 860 with 155000 miles (had 100k when we got it) so far everything we have had issues with have been normal wear and tear and they have paid for it. (Since they are paying they choose what you get). With that said we needed new steer tires because of bad shocks and a bad alignment from the previous driver. They replaced the shocks, did a triple axle alignment, did a full service PM, and allowed me to pick the tires if I paid for one. ( I like nicer steer tires because I take good care of my tires) Overall they paid over 3000$ and I only paid 1000$ (tell me where else they do that on a lease) Not a bad deal if you ask me, most lease programs make you pay for all of it. Whenever I have any issues they ask me to submit proof and after I do with out any hesitation they tell me to go get the work done. They trust me and I respect them. Sometimes they tell me to find a place and other times they have assigned me a place to goto. I give them a 10/10 for they maintenance, they take their equipment very seriously. You will get a new dot inspection quarterly instead of yearly. ( So if you’re someone who never looks at your equipment this is a kind of fail safe for you. This is also a fail safe for them so they can know how you are handling their equipment.) It is their equipment until you pay it off, that’s how it works with everyone. DISPATCH: This is a variable market. You may take a load that pays 3$ or more a mile then have to take a load that only pays 1.50 a mile. That’s just how this works. Never in my 3 months here have I ever had to take back to back bad paying loads. So anymore I tell them just to book me unless it’s really bad. We live in Florida so we take 1$ mile to get out of Florida to a good paying load. It is normally a short run to Chicago followed up by a very nice load after. Professional communication is key 10/10.

I’m a driver for Amason Inc. I was in the shop today getting work done and I was speaking to 2 amazing women about how great the company was. One of the women was the amazing front desk manager Ivona Griffin, come to find out the other amazing woman was the director Andrioana ILic. I thought they were just office workers because they were so down to earth. This company believes that Truck Drivers and their families matter. This is an amazing company. I would also like to thank Lou and Andy, Amason Inc. head in charge. I had family issues at home and it took a month and a half to get everything together. My company said take your time and handle your business. I was like wow!

Today I admit my mistakes and start a new relationship with this company. I just spoke with the CEO and he made me understand that I was wrong and I admitted my mistake. His final decision is to give me one last chance to continue working in this company since, according to him, he values everything I have done in it. It is wise to recognize when one is wrong and it is seen that he is a very good person when he understands all my concerns and we reach a mutual commitment, therefore I think that from now on we have begun a new relationship full of respect and why not, of admiration already that ANTHONY, like me, was a driver and understands everything that one goes through on the roads. My new way of thinking is that this company has values that I had not seen until I spoke in a meeting with the owner and we both agreed to work together based on respect and with the same or greater effort than I am used to. I appreciate the understanding of ANTHONY and his entire work team. BOJAN, MAGDALENA NASH, DAKO and especially the best dispatcher without a doubt of this company which is called KLARA.
