Always keep me loaded with good-paying freight
Zero issues with their equipment or pay. The company is very supportive of its drivers and always looks out for our best interests.
They offer a great balance of miles, pay, and home time, making it easy for me to earn a good living on the road.
They take the well-being of their drivers very seriously and always provide us with the support we need to stay safe on the road

Company is very reliable. Very responsive, and communicative to the brokers who need real time updates. Tracking team is constant also providing GPS tracking, very helpful for visibility. Dispatchers do a great job working with the market and being reasonable, as well as being professional and respectful. Highly recommend working with this company.
This is a real and honest review. Advance Transportation systems is a decent company to work for. They pay 70cpm no escrow and I would say you will get good miles with the right dispatcher. The reason I feel that this isn't a five star company is the communication between the dispatchers and drivers. The market isn't good right now, so this company isn't doing long runs only short runs from 250 to 400 miles daily. Then on Friday you get a long run for maybe 900 to 1000 miles. So, basically I got checks for $1,300 to $1,600 in this market. The trucks are governed to 63mph and most loads are 40,000lbs. You're not going anywhere fast but you will definitely get there safe. Over all Advance Transportation and United Express LLC are good companies to work for. You just have to have more patience's with the dispatchers and you will make money.
They are middle of the road trucking company. Pay was good, miles were always there albeit not where I told them where I prefer running, hence I took a dip. Safety department needs a total revamp. They will pester you with the unimportant while skimping the important. All women that have never been in a truck. Although they were genuinely nice, I think, that constant badgering has no place in trucking
Booked over 4500 loads with Advance and have grown our book of business together. Their dispatchers are very patient and understand that communication is key to this industry. Shout out to Thomas for all the help over the years.
They were my very first carrier when I broke into the logistics industry. Worked with them for years, and they do outstanding work. Especially Anita, Valentina, Eve and Olga!!
Is a good company to work for
Told me they would hire me then started to say I had 2 driver licenses I moved to another state turned in other state a lot of time on the phone to get it fixed tx sent me mvr showing I don't have a license there anymore sent copy to recruiter but recruiter is saying it's still valid because it shows expiration date it also has date I got it that's the way it was turned in with a legal document from TX showing I dont have a license there she still saying it's valid something so simple and can't figure it out with a legal document
Good communication, amazing service and very nice experience working with manager Thomas. 10/10 for this carrier.
Used to work here for 6 months. Everybody is awesome. Love you guys <3
They have been pretty good to me keep me busy and any maintenance issues are taking care asap. Only complaint I have is that some office personnel should check paperwork before calling drivers asking questions. Plus with all the bad weather I was still able to make pretty good money. Very good company plus no one ever bother you.
If I could I would rate a zero star I would. If you're ready to be screwed over then bring some Vaseline so it doesn't hurt so much. They will charge you a 1000 dollars for no notice that you are quitting and two truck payments and then keep all your money in maintenance account and all your escrow money.

They will charge you a 1000 dollars for no notice that you are quitting and two truck payments and then keep all your money in maintenance account and all your escrow money. Then you pay a 60000 Dollar balloon payment at the end of your lease making you pay way more than the truck is worth the worse company ever. Run why you can. They claim freight rates have dropped
As drivers we know that reading reviews of truck companies isn't always the best way to judge a company because we tend to complain a lot. Well, this is an honest review form someone with over 8 years professional driving experience, most of which was lease purchase. Their "lease to lease" and "lease purchase" programs look good at first glance. But this company ONLY cares about profit. For instance they charge 20% for a cash advance, max of 200 a week. They told me this is their charge from EFS but i called EFS myself and they told me they charge companies 3% AT MOST. Not a big deal because i don't like taking cash advances anyway. BUT, my First week there, dispatcher booked me on a load that was supposed to pick up by 8pm on a friday. Arrived at 6pm to the shipper only to find that they had closed at 4pm. Tried to call my dispatcher, she had just gone on vacation for a week and told me to get with dispatch the next morning and they would find me a load. Called dispatch in the AM and asked for a load they reached back out to me 3 hours later and told me there weren't any loads and i would have to wait until monday. I got on DAT load board and showed them several loads going west, and also backhaul to get me back to midwest but they weren’t willing to send me west and instead wanted me to wait there in the truck till monday. i decided to DH 300 miles home. Monday morning i called and talked to the fleet manager and told him i need to be able to go wherever the money is and not be restricted or we need to end this contract now. He said ok but when you don't make money that's on you don't blame us. i also asked that since i would be negative that week because i didn't have a weekend load, could they spread that negative balance out so that i could at least get a few hundred dollars. Fleet manager agreed and told me to get with accounting. i did and accounting said that wouldn't be a problem. but when the settlement came out i was negative. called accounting and reminded them of the agreement and they said management denied it because i was too new. I should have left then. So now, choosing my own loads that dispatch would then book for me, i made 11,100 in gross the next week, and close to 10,000 the next. I was ok and thought things were looking up. But, the dispatcher had come back from vacation. I would show her a load something like: $3000 900 miles to dallas TX 15,000 lbs. She would say, oh that was booked so i booked something similar: $3000 1200 miles to Boston MA 44,999 lbs... No one that i encountered has english as their first language but in the trucking industry i dont understand how you could not see that this load is 30,000 lbs heavier, more miles and going to an area with expensive fuel and tolls.. not at all similar. and then, when i was negative because of their errors, they wouldn't even try to correct it. they would offer me a cash advance at that 20% fee. this is the only company that i have worked with that i do not recommend anyone even trying. look somewhere else. to top it off, they did not give me my last check, charged me $2000 for not giving 2 week notice even though i did and are saying that i owe them thousands of dollars that i do not owe.
This is the most disrespectful staff and people that I've never met in my life, they so unprofessional, speaking another language around you, the office is so dirty, this company is not recommended, stay away if you want to work and make money
Came in for a 1 day orientation that lasted 3 days and wasn't going to get paid until 2 weeks later👎🏽. You will be walking back and forth from the hotel to orientation daily.(YES WITH ALL YOUR BELONGINGS🤣1/4 MILE …
I’ve been with the company over 6 months now… absolutely feel supported on the road, 24/7… plenty of miles with excellent pay … any issues are handled right away by friendly & professional 24/7 support staff. My wife is traveling with me for a couple months now and loves it also. Joe
This place is absurd they threaten employees while pressuring them to take bad loads. They don’t care about the personal matters of the driver and neglect the drivers.
Big time scams. They sell salvage trucks with clean title. Stay away ya’ll Don’t be telling me that you don’t sell trucks. Ya’ll connected to each other. Repair shot, transportation service and the dealership are run under the same owner
Every trucking job starts on a high note, but then reality kicks in... Initially, the pay and equipment were excellent, and the dispatcher was decent. However, communication issues emerged. Eventually, the company announced a pay cut and changed payday. Chaos ensued, making it seem like the company was on the brink of shutting down. Over 85% of drivers quit. You can make money, but it involves running a lot of miles. You'll get home as promised, but otherwise, it's just a typical trucking company with the usual dishonesty that many have.
I truly enjoyed working here. If you're willing to work hard, there are plenty of miles. They accommodate your needs and won't micromanage as long as you do your job efficiently. They let you work independently.
Working for Advance Transportation Systems has been amazing. Management is supportive and approachable. The equipment is in excellent condition, and I'm earning great paychecks here.
This is a fantastic company. The team is easygoing, and management is exceptional—always available when needed. The workplace has a comfortable and supportive atmosphere among team members.
The dispatch and management team are friendly. I hope to continue working here for as long as I can. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in becoming a company driver and enjoying a welcoming work environment.
I worked here for three months, earning 67 cents per mile initially. However, during a slowdown with Amazon, my pay was reduced to 60 cents per mile. Despite always being punctual and staying out for two months at a time, they opted for cheaper drivers to cut costs.
I absolutely love everything about this company, and it breaks my heart to leave. I'll miss everyone, from the dispatcher to the maintenance and safety teams, as well as management. Their equipment is also quite new and well-maintained.
During my time there, the dispatchers communicated solely with my male co-driver and rarely spoke with me. On the rare occasions they did, they were rude and used offensive language. The orientation process was highly unprofessional—a clear warning sign I should have noticed sooner. I'm relieved I didn't stay for long.
The pay is good, the people are wonderful, and the work environment is great. The equipment is reliable, and they ensure you get your home time. They provide plenty of miles, allowing you to earn well and build a solid career.
The pace is fast, but the staff and management are supportive and approachable. The training is thorough, and the runs are good. You also have the option of staying out or going home weekly, which is very convenient.
Everyone here is relaxed, including the managers and office staff, which makes the workday smooth. There's no forced dispatch, and with the ELD, you can still earn good money while enjoying a low-stress environment.
