Genuinely, AGM is a wonderful company. The people are friendly, kind and diligent. From the office personnel to the shop staff and beyond, I’ve had only pleasant experiences. My driver managers are great, as is the equipment provided as well. You get quality trucks, quality pay from a quality company. I’m glad I was hired on and would recommend AGM to any experienced driver. Remember, you get out of life what you put into it. So if your experience is poor, then perhaps so too is your mindset.

Been with AGM since November 2023. I will give them 9/10 ✅💯. Overall I can say it’s a very good company to work for. You get to to go home on time, Your mileage are guaranteed, you get to take your 34 hour rest. They don’t force you to drive in bad weather. No force dispatch. Inspection pay, determination pay, brake down pay , lay over pay. Staff friendly they treat drivers with respect. The reason why I gave them a 4 star it’s because I wish the pay was better. And they don’t assist with travel expenses. So I will recommend anybody to AGM transportation.

This organization is excellent. We work as a team to support the drivers and each other. The Dispatch and Maintenance Teams are amazing at keeping our drivers on the road every day. Drivers have the full support of Safety Services and Accounting. The people I work with are dedicated and truly care about each other, and that originates with our Ownership. Such a refreshing and positive experience working here. AGM really is Always Giving More.

Absolutely careless driving. I was recently driving in Illinois on a very rainy day and a AGM Transport cut me off when I had absolutely nowhere to go. I honked hard so he/she'd not change lanes, but they kept going. I was forced to swerve into the next lane, where other cars were coming and going. Truly a miracle my family and I weren't killed, along with others! License plate: 969 148

I don’t see how this company has so many 4-5 star reviews. All I will say is if you choose employment here bless your heart, just be sure to write down and keep up with your miles loaded and EMPTY make sure your pay match the work you put in weekly. Don’t assume anybody there to be your friend because they’re not regardless of how good of a driver you maybe or how professional/ polite you are.

It’s a great experience working with AGM Transport. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Always available for drivers. No complaining for your paycheck. My dispatcher is the best and the coolest ever💯%👍🏿 I’ll always recommend AGM😊

Great company to work for. This company has a simple straight forward approach. “You Drive the miles, you get paid”. Simple as that. No Cali or NYC. The wages are competitive. Never any down time or delays in pay or workload. The trucks come with all necessities. Fridge, microwave, etc. If you don’t like working then this not the company for you. Lol

Company have a fantastic hiring and onboarding process. Trucks are clean and well maintained. Dispatch always responds in a timely manner and loads/miles are consistent. Overall phenomenal company to work for.

This is a decent company even though they take out “escrow” (each week of $250 that equals up $1000) even though they don’t use it to fix anything that needs to be fixed or cleaned in the truck if you was to leave, only one person (head of maintenance) can issue out any road calls; so if you are broke down overnight and he is sleep you are sleep till he can assist you, and most of the fleet managers are big on micro managing the drivers.

Never have I experienced a place so well run, so fun to work at, and so committed to safety and quality of service. I came to AGM transport as a driver less than a year ago. Since then I haven't looked back. Leading up to the hiring day they answered all questions and made the process seamless and simple. The plethora of personalities around you are always only a phone call away and the dire time of need. No matter time of day or situation someone will always be there to help you. The community that they have built truly is remarkable. Most companies preach family and that they will treat you like one of their own. But rarely is this the case. Empty promises and false words have no place at AGM transport. A handshake promise is always kept. Their dedication to the performance and excellence of the trucking industry is none other but remarkable. Would highly recommend this company.

My SO started driving for AGM a few months ago and it has been AMAZING. He’s only been driving OTR for a few years now. Before AGM he drove for two MAJOR transport companies and they were both absolute nightmares. AGM has definitely been a breath of fresh air for our little family. I definitely recommend AGM to anyone considering swapping companies.

This company offers great flexibility for its drivers with no forced dispatch, which is one of the main reasons I stay here. The pay is good, the people are fantastic, and most of the loads are drop-and-hook. I would highly recommend this company to any drivers.

They maintain their trucks and trailers well. The maintenance manager genuinely cares about driver safety. Payments are always made on time, and the accounting team is highly efficient. Orientation is thorough and quick.

In my opinion, AGM is an excellent workplace. I appreciate how the founder and management treat drivers and recognize the hard work they do. The office staff is dedicated to doing their part. Overall, it’s a great experience, although the pay could be slightly more competitive with current market rates. Still, it’s a comfortable place to work.

They charge extra fees from drivers without justification. Not recommended. There are plenty of miles, but no benefits. The trailers are outdated and in poor condition.

This is a great place to work. The dispatchers are excellent, there’s an on-site truck shop, and the equipment is well-maintained. Many of the loads are drop-and-hook or preloaded trailers. The people here are great to work with.

The management team is efficient and resolves problems quickly. The company owners treat drivers like individuals rather than just numbers. Mechanics are always available and ready to address vehicle issues promptly.

I’ve been working here for about six months, and I can’t complain about the miles. The work is here if you’re willing to put in the effort—long days and short nights are part of the job. They seem to have options to fit your preferences, whether it’s day, regional, or long-haul driving.
