Non union No benefis health care $120 + a week. This place is a joke get your experience and leave. All they care about is having nice equipment NOT the driver's. They micro- manage every move cant stop to use the bathroom with out getting a call asking why I stop. You have been warned!!!!!

I left after three months, initially drawn in by an ad promising earnings between $175K and $300K annually. In reality, my weekly take-home pay averaged around $1,500. Some weeks had high-paying loads, but others had no work at all, followed by low-paying regional assignments. While the yard is clean and the equipment is excellent, newer drivers struggle financially while senior owner-operators earn consistently well. Many from my orientation group are considering quitting. If you join after hearing this, the responsibility is yours. Also, be aware of the $1,000 fee for uninstalling the camera and tablet if you leave within a year.

A smaller company with a fleet of 300-350 trucks, 70% of which are owner-operated. Ideal for experienced drivers who prefer independence. Owner-operators average $4.22 per loaded mile and $3.18 per mile overall, earning around $6,200 weekly with 70% of the line haul. The company offers full transparency, allowing drivers to see actual line haul rates before accepting loads. Fuel discounts range from 40 to 90 cents per gallon at major providers. Grossing over $300K annually is achievable without living in the truck full-time. However, there’s significant deadhead mileage, though the line haul compensates. The ELD system has issues, requiring drivers to log out every time the engine shuts off. Overall, I’m satisfied.
