Deliver on time, every time. It’s like they thrive on challenges!
hey’re always updating their equipment to ensure everything is up to standard. It’s like they’re saying, 'We care about your cargo and our drivers!'
I recently needed to transport some sensitive materials, and they had the perfect truck for the job. It’s like they’ve got a solution for every shipping need!
Incredible knack for making you feel like you’re their only customer
I've been driving here for over a year. Great company to work for. They are safety oriented, expect a clean truck, and professional drivers. If your truck goes down, they will give you spare so you can keep rolling. Extremely friendly work environment drivers help each other out.
I currently work here as a yard driver and so far the company has been good to me. No complaints.
Great place i work here come on down
Reported them to irs for tax fraud..this is a fly under the radar company that shouldn't be in business.. they have a 29% out of service with fmcsa..if you work here your crazy!
Worst company ever to work for. They barely have a freight for u to haul. U make 53cpm lowest in area. And fleet management is horrible lies on driver to make her self look good
1:10p local time Indiana, I 70 East, mm 99. July 7, 2021..truck number 21958.... Extremely aggressive driver, not using turn signals, talking on the phone, speeding with no regard for cars and trucks around him.... Looking at the reviews it seems you have alot of problem drivers!! Yall should be ashamed of your drivers and your company for allowing these people to continue their dangerous behavior!!
Vin number: 3n594196 Needs retraining concerning safety, consideration, and understanding because in Fort Mill, SC in between 5:00-5:20pm this driver clearly was in the wrong lane. Myself and a car following close behind were almost crushed and turned into truck food as we entered unto the highway, due to the unlawful driving of your employee, 😡😠
License Plate # U652374, truck # 1051105 driving in Newton Co. GA 11/11/2020 6:40- 6:55 pm on East bound interstate hwy 20, driver was speeding, cutting drivers off, following dangerously close, weaving in and out of lane. Flashing his lights, created several extremely unsafe situations. I should have reported this driver to state patrol unit in Conyers, Ga. Please look into this, trucks are so dangerous when operated aggressively.
Just got ran off the road by one of their trucks!! Good to know this company emphasizes safety and good driving....unreal TN#U542079.
Truck 4802 was tailgating the cars in traffic on I64 in Louisville at 1pm 7/26/2018. Several cars and trucks pulled over off the road to let him pass. The driver then flicked off the people that stopped. We followed for a minute more and the driver cut off a car and forced them off the road. We called the police in fear of him killing someone.
Horrible and unorganized company and pay very little
I drive for a different company went in to pick up a load in Timmons, SC . Really friendly people. In&out in no time...
Great company to work for!
Great owner! Very respectful and helpful
This is a small but expanding company with new trucks and some updated trailers. The pay is reasonable, and drivers get home every weekend. Management functions as expected, and the owner’s personable nature is a plus.
This company isn’t ideal for those looking to advance in life but works well for those willing to settle. While the benefits are high, the compensation is low, and the equipment—both trucks and trailers—is in poor condition. Dispatch is mandatory.
I don’t have strong opinions about Ard Trucking. The high turnover rate is concerning, as both drivers and office personnel rarely stay with the company for long.
An excellent company where I occasionally complete my 10-hour reset at home and always do my 34-hour reset there. The work involves straightforward trips from one location back to the terminal. They regularly maintain and inspect their trucks.
A great workplace with a supportive team that keeps things running smoothly. They ensure employees understand their roles and prioritize safety. Help is always just a phone call away.
I worked at Ard for nearly four years. The first couple of years were decent, with manageable pay and good management. However, after a leadership change in 2015, things went downhill. The company lost its lucrative dedicated account, and many drivers and mechanics considered leaving. By the time I left, drivers were treated like expendable workers rather than valued employees with families. The pay remained inadequate, with a base of 39 cents per mile or around $1,100 gross. If that’s what you’re looking for, go ahead.
The trucks are decent, but the VP’s unpleasant attitude negatively impacts the company. Despite planning my vacation six months in advance, my truck was reassigned upon my return, and I was given fewer miles. Instead of placing another driver in a day cab, they put me there instead. Additionally, I was forced to take another DOT physical just two weeks after my last one.
The job itself is average, but outdated tractors and trailers—purchased at auctions—have led to citations and points on my record. The company has a poor CSA score and is at risk of being shut down by the DOT.
I enjoyed working at Ard in the beginning. Although the pay wasn’t great, I liked the dedicated routes and the ability to get home every weekend with a per diem pay structure.
The company offers a close-knit, family-like atmosphere but struggles with equipment issues. Evening dispatch helps drivers resolve vendor and location problems. I’d consider returning if the equipment improved.
Load availability was sufficient, and I had a dedicated route to Ohio twice a week. Other benefits were good, but the company does not offer a 401K or retirement plan.
A great workplace with a positive environment, excellent management, solid benefits, and good compensation. The coworkers and office staff are supportive, and the location is convenient.
The company doesn’t properly plan weekly trips, leading to unnecessary overnight stays due to management’s lack of organization.
A small but growing company with new trucks and some updated trailers. The pay is decent, and drivers get home every weekend. Management operates as expected, and the owner is approachable.
A welcoming and family-oriented workplace. They try to provide enough miles but sometimes fall short. The toughest part is scheduling daily activities due to electronic logs, though having them can be beneficial.
The company frequently cuts hours at the last minute or without notice. They also impose unfair ultimatums without warning. Additionally, they do not offer a 401K retirement plan.
The job involves delivering freight efficiently and safely from one location to another.
