Throughout the years Andy and Michelle learned from the best, Arlo Lott. Through trials and triumphs a focus on supporting and appreciating employees remains. Employees are viewed as being a part of the family, and this is worked in to every day operations. Much of Arlo G Lott Trucking's success has come through hiring trusted, experienced, and dedicated staff and drivers.

Arlo Lott has constantly dreamed of driving a truck. Growing up on a farm in Eastern Idaho, he was the 11th of 12 children. At age 5, he got a social security card when his brother instructed him to drive a tractor for the hay harvest. He accepted a scholarship to a small country school and got engaged while still in high school. He worked loading hay trucks before and after school, always dreaming of becoming the owner of his own truck.

I worked here very good place to work. Because of family I left to be home at night.
I can not say enough about the professionalism, integrity and goodness of character I have personally encountered from ownership on down to office staff. Second to none. I would choose them for all my commercial hauling needs. Diversity and wide coverage. International business devoted to doing things right.
The lott family some of the best people in Idaho
I have been with AGL only 1 month.. Best company to drive for. Great pay and the benefits you cannot get anywhere else. I am treated so well I will never leave.. .
I normally don't do these reviews. But apparently I did on for AGL. I didn't mean to five them a bad review. I know the owners and they are great people. This is a great place.
I started my trucking carrier with AGL in 1987 and worked 16 years as a driver, mechanic, and safety. After moving around to a few different companies it was an easy decision to come back to AGL. This company has grown in size but still maintains the core principles that Arlo Lott started the company with, "Build a company with a heart. One that cared about customers and employees alike. Where his word was as good as a contract; where employees became part of a growing family."
I've been here for 6 months and it's so awesome to work for people who care about you and what you do. I would recommend that you join the family
Horrible company. Do not do business with them. They need to bring back arlo and get rid of the new owner. Business was much more simpler back than. What a shame.
I've been driving under arlo lott dispatch for a year now under a owner operator truck, start as a company driver next Monday ,really like this organization they treat you with alot of respect, they also have great equipment to operate first class operation from what I know on my end. Louie
Shady company. If you're not Mormon you don't stand a chance. Used to be so family oriented. Do not have policy and procedures in place. Administration side is nothing but drama and the dispatchers are treated like gold. Unrealistic expectations - and management that does nothing to resolve issues. Pay is not that great.
Great company to work. I have been working for this company for about three years . I found my self immediately in a friendly and familiar environment . They are always ready to help you . They never pressured me on the job . They are professional and full of humanity . Thanks to the whole team of Pasco and the team of Jerome , thanks to Mitch , thanks to Celene for interpreting me several times . Signed by Marco Ciarmatori
Currently working for them and although pay lacks, everything else makes up for it! Couldn't think of being somewhere else!
Thank you for taking care of the pink beast. It saved us from poverty after I lost my really great job because of COVID. It has 600K MI and runs like a champ. Take care
Great place to work family oriented loved working with them
my husband worked with this company for several years, good pay and good benefits. owners are great people and he said they were very easy to talk to. he only quit to spend more time with myself and our boys.. two thumbs up....
Always have been professional drivers for the most part seem to have nice equipmet but they could educate their drivers about funeral precession rule and some common curtesy and yes we do have lights on our vehicle’s thanks
I have been employed at Arlo G Lott trucking now for over 2 years. The ownership they are awesome!! At the core of this organization is a family oriented family run business. Get them loaded! Get them paid! Get them home!
Currently work here now, awesome people, family like atmosphere doors are always open to talk even the shop, other driver's are helpful, benefits are incredible for my whole family, they have driver family get-togethers for holidays well maintained equipment. And 95%of the driver's still flash there lights and wave when the see another truck on the road like the old days.I was out for 3+ weeks due to a injury (non work related) they helped in any way they could, called to check on me. Even calls from the shop. I'm Home weekends drive thru during the week. By far the best company I ever drove for...
Great staff to work with specially the recruiter everyone is is on top of their game. Equipment is in great shape always and there is always work to be done always staying busy.
Pay was (percentage of load). While even running Ag exempt, you can kill yourself and go broke at the same time. Also, per my experience, the equipment was horrid. Having said that, the people working there that I interacted with were very nice.
You either have a truck or you don't. Not much to say. It's a good job when trucks are up and running and the mine is doing their job. Benefits are expensive and they very inadequate. In top of that pay is below average for being a hazmat dubs/trips job. Theres only a select few drivers that take pride in their truck for their shift, the rest have terrible hygiene or are very unclean, they definitely leave the truck a pigsty. Is what it is.
Average Truck Job I Have Route that seldom changes.,get my weekends down.Hauls different type of materials. Hardest part of job Is tarpping in Winter
This was one of the best jobs I have had! The manager was there for the drivers and mechanics, always found work for us to do during slow times, I would highly recommend this job!!!
This is a good company to drive for. They know your name and don’t treat you like a number. There are several different fleets to choose from from regional to over the road.
They treat there employees as if they are family. Easy job. They have there own local shop, so down time is minimal. As long as you report issues with equipment, it gets fixed.
Pay is a little low and management needs a little more of a follow through. Too many ideas, but never seem to go anywhere. All in all AGL isn't a bad place to work.
These guys are awesome to work with and truly care about family. They just don't seem to get pay. Well of course they do maximize their pay and minimize expenses. Via Driver. If you do it it right you can definitely make out good as an O/O.
they only care about keeping the trucks moving. home time is far and between. you can bust your rear for them, and get no gratitude. they try to cut corners, at employees expense. it used to be a good company when arlo still owned it, but has gone down hill. i gor injured, in my arms, and might be severly disabled, and they just give you your walkimg papers
