Not a very good company to work for been there a month, didn't get my paycheck right the first time and they say they're 3 weeks behind on paying their detention pay. Sometimes you will set at the shipper for days they will send you on a load, and not have a delivery set and you have to set on it for days till they get a delivery set. People in office do not know what they are doing and trucks run to slow really bad experience for me almost cause me to loose my apartment and other things. Do not recommend this company.

Terrible company after I quit because of the incompetence of the operation and management, they lied and said I took pto and never came back .

Company flat out lies to recruit drivers then tries to scam you into a job you did not sign on for. They even offered me a four state regional job that did not even include the state I live in. I strongly do not suggest this company to anyone. Swift is better than these jerks.

I just started with Arnold in orientation, and everything seems good so far get out in a nice hotel with your own room, get free food breakfast,lunch and dinner. everybody in orientation seems laid back and they definitely seem to take care of their drivers.

This company has definitely surpassed my expectations starting with the people here in the office. Orientation was the best I have experienced by far. I learned many things about the the industry that the other companies I had been with didn’t take the time to teach. I am really excited to be apart of this company and finally be a name rather than a number.

Great place to work if you're the kind of person that loves to be active and challenged. I enjoy coming in every work day and collaborate with my maintenance section. We get along really well and get whatever task accomplished, no matter how big or complicated it is. I also like that the company is constantly investing in new trucks & trailer, and selling the old inventory. I appreciate greatly the opportunity of serving Arnold in my current role.

Love working for Arnold. They really do care about the drivers. Maintenance department is awesome. Safety department is one of the best. Payroll is the best I have ever worked for. Dispatch is very helpful and knowledgeable about their job. All the upper management are ready to talk when you need to talk to them. This is just an all around awesome company to work for....

The company provides sign-on bonuses, $500 orientation pay, and a $200 Walmart gift card to help drivers get their trucks set up immediately following the two-day orientation.

I returned as a rehire, and it’s still a great company with fantastic staff. The office employees are incredibly supportive and go the extra mile to assist you and get things done. The hardest part about the job—I’m not sure yet.

A typical workday involves driving from point A to point B. Training has been insightful, and I’ve learned a lot so far. The work culture is fantastic; everyone is approachable and kind. There’s no aspect of the job that is overly difficult—everything is straightforward.
