I'm stoked to have found B&B Trucking, Inc.! As a driver myself, I can attest that this family-owned company truly puts its drivers first
Their team-oriented culture is unmatched, and they provide innovative tools to help their employees succeed 👍👍
Can't wait to see what the future holds
breath of fresh air in the trucking industry
You won't find a better trucking company
You telling me I'm not qualified? You can't keep drivers. See you guys on indeed every two weeks. I have 17 yrs experience no accidents or tickets. I meet your qualifications. Keep hiring drivers that quit. Lmao 🤣
I had a great experience working here, and they pay for hotels for u to sleep in instead of sleeping in the trucks. They were even willing to pay for my husband to fly out with me. My dispatch was great with a good attitude.
I watched one of their drivers driving erratic, all over the road, braking for no reason almost ran me and several others off the road. Then he swerved over right on top of another truck basically. Trailer 2380 thank goodness no one was hurt but definitely wouldn't want him pulling my brand.
I quit the job due to wife's complicated pregnancy come to find out HR head skip put me as fired so pretty much lied do not work here equipment garbage
Their truck driver did not let me merge onto the highway causing damage to my tires hitting debri the safety guy said that they don't have to slow or speed up for cars merging onto the highway but it's called respect!! I have two kids in the car I wasn't cutting him off I was MERGING WITH TRAFFIC he didn't want to let me in so I had to slam on my breaks when he could have moved over or slowed a little himself instead of tailing the Truck ahead of him
Very rude and unprofessional driver. Blocked all the parking and honked at me. I was parked at an adjacent building. Mad because he had to back up. So apparently they can block all the parking and you are suppose to just sit unsafely in the road and wait for them to do their business because they are better than everyone else. They claimed they were investigating but the person doing the investigation was already on the driver's side as he is asking the loaded questions.
Keep all your stubs, Record your phone calls, protect yourself from this company because they will try to screw you. Make sure you have a lawyer on standby like I do. Better yet….go work somewhere else. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to trucking careers! Yes even worse than swift transportation.
A complete and utter bait and switch, not worth your time after wasting a week of mine...
one of their drivers cut me off on interstate 78 in PA and nearly killed me. the driver is a reckless maniac and should have his license removed.
Speaking from a driver’s standpoint! The best place I have ever worked for and a staff that truly cares! I have had a really good experience with them!
Great place to work. I love it. You should apply . Plenty of opportunities. We go all over . Thinking of movimg ? We probably govthere too. Give them a call.
As a driver, the absolute best job I have ever had. The Dispatch and company staff is very friendly and accommodating. I haven't had one bad experience with any staff in the year I have been here. The company offers good insurance, 401k, and paid vacations. I've had to take some time off from work for personal reasons and they never blinked about it, just asked me how much time I need and to let them know if I needed more time. We could use better trucks, but they are kept up on maintenance. The company has fair pay considering the simplicity of the overall job requirements. Definitely a company worth retiring at. They also offer the opportunity of joining the truckers union. Couldn't be happier.
Horrible toxic work environment, if you value any kind of home time or off time do not work here. Request days off and they get denied with no reason. Tell you can have day off, you take it then get wrote up. Drivers you slip seat with are just as bad, god forbid you leave a spec of dust in truck, they will cry and you will get written up. No wonder this place is always hiring.
great place to work dispatchers are fantastic and will do whatever they can to keep you rolling equipment is good and getting better in the pay is fantastic
The best trucking company I have worked for. They have always taken care of me when my health went bad. Just came back to work as a long hauler from covid as a casual driver. I can not ask for more. been out of the truck just shy of 2 years. I can not say enough about this company.
My grandfather worked for this company for 25 years until he couldn't. and my step father worked there until he couldn't. so I wish you all at b&b the best!
I love working for this company. We're always looking for quality drivers.
There’s always work available, and home time is great. I feel the pay could have been higher given my experience, but overall, it’s a good place to work.
Excelente trabajo tanto para profesionales a tiempo parcial como a tiempo completo. Buenos compañeros de trabajo, y los despachadores son organizados y amables. Excelente.
Just another job—nothing complicated. You just drive, keep the wheel steady, and stay between the lines. It’s a straightforward job: go here, unload, go there, reload, repeat. Simple.
What’s the best part of working here? You get paid on time, with no issues. What’s the most stressful aspect? They frequently write employees up for using their phones and deny time-off requests for family events. What’s a typical day like? You work about 12 hours, check into a dirty hotel for your 10-hour restart, then do it all over again.
Mail carrier job—no trucks older than 2016, some as new as 2023. Slip seating and relay runs. Set work schedule with opportunities for additional shifts. Pay is decent, and benefits are good.
This is a great company to work for. I started as a traveler, and the people here are incredibly helpful and understanding. I’ve never worked for a company like this, and I highly recommend it.
The best part is having the newest equipment, and they never leave you stranded if your truck needs repairs. However, if you’re OTR, expect to spend a lot of time on the road. If you’re not OTR, loading and unloading can be time-consuming. Despite that, the people here always treated me with respect and kindness.
Nothing good about this place. They push drivers beyond DOT-allowed hours, leaving you with only four hours of sleep per day. You work hard for unfair pay, while family members earn double for a normal schedule. Non-family employees are treated unfairly.
If you value family time, this isn’t the place for you. Expect long nights, especially as a new hire. I was asked to forfeit minimum pay to help family members, which left me exhausted and burned out within a month. When I gave notice, I was terminated under the excuse of poor performance—even though I arrived early for every shift and completed all assigned deliveries. The schedule is chaotic, making it difficult to get proper rest. Seniority eventually grants better conditions, but insurance is expensive. Most days off are spent catching up on sleep, leaving little time for home life.
At first, things seemed fine, but over time, I realized the pay and benefits weren’t sufficient. Drivers leave constantly. Insurance is mandatory, and the union is weak until more members join. Swift Transportation offers better pay and treatment. You won’t retire here.
Aside from free health insurance, everything else is just average. They pay well but will make you pay if you quit. Even after giving two weeks’ notice, I was marked as “no rehire.”
I’ve been with B&B Trucking for over two years, and I can’t imagine working anywhere else. Management is excellent, instructions are clear, and the hourly pay is great.
I love my job! Great company, solid hourly pay and benefits, and an easy workload. Dedicated routes make things predictable. Most importantly, they treat employees well—I’ve found my “home” here.
