Speaking from a driver’s standpoint! The best place I have ever worked for and a staff that truly cares! I have had a really good experience with them!
Great place to work. I love it. You should apply . Plenty of opportunities. We go all over . Thinking of movimg ? We probably govthere too. Give them a call.
As a driver, the absolute best job I have ever had. The Dispatch and company staff is very friendly and accommodating. I haven't had one bad experience with any staff in the year I have been here. The company offers good insurance, 401k, and paid vacations. I've had to take some time off from work for personal reasons and they never blinked about it, just asked me how much time I need and to let them know if I needed more time. We could use better trucks, but they are kept up on maintenance. The company has fair pay considering the simplicity of the overall job requirements. Definitely a company worth retiring at. They also offer the opportunity of joining the truckers union. Couldn't be happier.
Horrible toxic work environment, if you value any kind of home time or off time do not work here. Request days off and they get denied with no reason. Tell you can have day off, you take it then get wrote up. Drivers you slip seat with are just as bad, god forbid you leave a spec of dust in truck, they will cry and you will get written up. No wonder this place is always hiring.
great place to work dispatchers are fantastic and will do whatever they can to keep you rolling equipment is good and getting better in the pay is fantastic
The best trucking company I have worked for. They have always taken care of me when my health went bad. Just came back to work as a long hauler from covid as a casual driver. I can not ask for more. been out of the truck just shy of 2 years. I can not say enough about this company.
My grandfather worked for this company for 25 years until he couldn't. and my step father worked there until he couldn't. so I wish you all at b&b the best!
I love working for this company. We're always looking for quality drivers.
Something always going far as work, time is great getting home time . I think pay coulda been more with my experience but nevertheless a good place to work
Excelente trabajo para tener de profesional tanto part time o full time. Buenos compañeros de trabajos. Y los dispatch son organizando y amables. Excelente
Just another job .. nothing hard about. Just got out there and drive to turn the wheel back and forth just keep it between the lines it's a real simple job yeah yeah if you can't do this you must be on ape. Really easy go here unload go there get reload go there unload go there reload simple simple
What is the best part of working at the company? You get paid on time no money issues What is the most stressful part about working at the company? They always writing you up for being on your phone & they deny any time you request off for family events What is a typical day like for you at the company? You work approximately 12 hrs a day check into a a dirty hotel for your 10 hr restart then do it again
mail carrier, no trucks older than 2016 some as new as 2023, Slip seating / relay runs. set work schedule with chance for additional work. ok pay and good benfirs
Very good company to work for I started out as a traveler very helpful people very understanding… never been with a company like this I would recommend this company to any one
The good thing is that you will have the newest equipment and they will never leave you stranded if the truck does need to be fixed. You will however, spend a lot of time on the road if you have the OTR option. If you are not OTR, you will waste a lot of time during loading and unloading. Besides that, the people there always treated me with respect and a friendly attitude.
Nothing Good at All...Nothing, run over DOT Allowed hours of service, get 4 hours of sleep a day, bust your bu!! for unfair pay. When family members are making double that and running normal schedule. Non family members get treated unfairly
If you want family time this isn't it. Expect to work long nights if your new. I was asked to call in and forfeit minimum pay so that could help family. In the end I wound up fatigued and burnt out. In one month! Then when I gave notice I was terminated. I was told it was based on performance? I came in an hour early before every shift and delivered every load given. I only had problems when my family needed me. It's a hectic schedule. Almost never the same so it's hard to get enough rest. However once you gain seniority you get what you want. Insurance is way expensive. But they pay some of it. You wind up having to sleep on most days off. No home life till you there for years. And even then your family will wonder. Why don't he write?
During the beginning it was fine. After some time you realize the pay AND benefits isn’t there. They Lose drivers constantly. Forced insurance, weak union until more join. Swift transportation absolutely pays and treats their drivers better than this. YOU WILL NOT RETIRE HERE!!!!!
Everything, other than having free health insurance, is ok at best. They pay well, and will make you pay for it if quit!!! I even gave a 2 weeks notice and found out I was marked as a no rehire ..
I've been at B&B Trucking for over 2 years and I can't imagine working for another company. The management is great, clear instructions, and great hourly pay.
I love going to work. Great company, good hourly pay and benefits, job is easy. Dedicated routes. Most of all they treat you right, I found my "home".
